I was a bit surprised to stay here, this hotel is very very modern and western The breakfast in the morning is a nice mix after Iranian food for a while. Walking distance to most of the things you want to see here

After a terrible stay in a hotel in Tehran, we were happy to discover this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean (although the towels in the bathroom really need to be replaced!!) and the breakfast is quite good as well. We had a good stay and I would definitely recommend it!

I had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights,it is in the middle of the city, walkable for ancient bridges and Imam square.Based on the Iranian standard, the lobby and room are quite mordern, free wifi in room also. The breakfasts were quite good, and the terrace of the restaurant is a good place to see the night view of the city.Besides,...

Service was good at times and poor at others with not much service at breakfast and a rather surly gentleman behind the desk, however the women were lovely. Our breakfast was mediocre with not a huge selection, our room was poor, and wifi didn't work in the rooms. It definitely was not a four star hotel.

Actually to begin with, I can tell about the room which was nice but the only problem was the door that sometimes it didn't work properly. The room service was great and also the smiling lady at the reception ( looked very young ) was very kind and caring and the wonderful point was her English accent. And beside the...

For 85$ I have to complain very little. The only thing negative worth mentioning is that the toilet was leaking. So whenever we flushed, the was a little pool of water afterwards. Otherwise, great location, very clean, great variety at breakfast and also the dinner buffet we enjoyed one time was decent. Maybe a bit on the expensive side, but...

The hotel is convenient in location, close to main shopping area and Si o seh Pul bridge, also not very far away from Iman Square. Our room was basic and small. The bathroom was aged, & bathtub was stained without shower curtain, so the floor was slippery after shower. Breakfast was average with limited choice. Free wifi was available in...

I must have been lucky to have most of the problems mentioned in other reviews! When we checked in, the first room had a pool of water in the middle of the bathroom above the drain on the floor. It looked like the water had been there for a while, which meant the drain must be blocked. We requested a...

Rooms are big, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Royal Square and famous bridge. A great hotel in a beautiful city.
