My first impression of this Marriott was safety. During my visit, no cars were allowed in the valet area which was equipped with the big heavy duty hydraulic road blocker. There are also security attendants managing parking and entry into the building. While it's sad we live in a time and place that these precautions are needed, I am glad...

Our trip to Jeddah was at around midnight, after a delay from the airport we reached the hotel at around 1.30 AM but were surprised that even though our booking was in their system and they had confirmed our rooms, the rooms were not available. The reception told us that they were going to put us in the Ramada just...

I stayed here for one night with few colleagues. I did not have high expactions as the hotel is 20+ years old but I was really surprised about the quality of the rooms. Well maintained and clean. I had a room in the 7th floor far away from any noise. The staff though requires more training as I had some...

I have came back to Marriott again after long time and my old review long time back. The check-in process was fast and did not took more than 2 minutes. My junior suite was big enough with two rooms. It seems the suite renovated recently but the furniture still the old one. The internet was not free and I have...

My wife and I stayed for four nights in a deluxe room type in the north tower. The room was very good and clean. The room was booked with breakfast included. The buffet was very good and varied each day. The location is centrally located in Jeddah and easily accessible to many areas of Jeddah. I would definitely recommend this...

The Jeddah Marriott is a good hotel, but it is in need of a facelift. I was given a very nice suite, but the carpet was worn and the furniture was well used. My bed was very comfortable and spacious. The gym is extremely nice and has plenty of equipment. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen....

Wonderful hotel close to downtown. The front manager was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The atrium lounge downstairs was a nice spot to meet guests. Try the cheesecake! Delicious! The breakfast buffet was wonderful! A large selection of food. The omelette chef makes wonderful eggs. Belgium waffles are delicious! Fresh...
