Good location and decent facility for business trip. Great dinning, and massage. Big SPA and GYM. Good rooms in separate property. Ease to access with private car-park. Older but well maintained facility.

I stayed at the Red Sea resort part of the Sheraton - I notice that it no longer has it's own title on Tripadvisor, and I can see why - it probably wouldn't even rate one star if it weren't for the divers that come here! It's all very well to say that women can remove their abaya's and wear...

Our group of six stayed on the Red Sea property in bungalows north of the main hotel. This property is for divers and sunbathers. Don't go to the main hotel to try and check in as there's no need. You will do that at the bungalows. Just a superb weekend. Dive early and beat the crowds. Superb reef. Sandy and...

I have been staying in this hotel for over 25 years and believe it or not some rooms have the same decor unchanged in 25years, feels like you go back in time staying there. The staff are excellent but are forced to sell an out dated room with terrible features. I commend the staff for doing their best to compensate...

Nice spot at the corniche in what seems like a long-standing hotel overlooking the Red sea. The layout, rooms and amenities reminds one of a time from a while ago and an uplift would do wonders. Staff are courteous and friendly.

The area of the hotel is very peaceful, the hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Jeddah but still as if it's brand new. Service is good and they have good food and easily can have a parking slot It's good choice for whether business or family trip

We stayed with my husband 1 night in this Sheraton located on the Red Sea and only open for expats. The rooms are OK even if the AC was not working too well. For a five stars hotel, the rooms looks like very old. Equipment are less than five stars level and design has to be reviewed. Transport not always available. Taxis looks like friends of the staff and they apply various prices. If you don't know the prices, you pay hugely for a short distance ( from Sheraton to Hilton five minutes...
