Clean, quiet, and convenient. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and attentive. Ideal location for mall, restaurants and not to far from airport too. Slightly overpriced rooms but we did stay in an executive room which allowed executive lounge access where meals were served and therefore worth the money. Staff in the lounge were very polite and paid extra attention to detail.
Overall great stay for a night and amazing views of the sea.

I arrived at 2 am but reception and check-in were perfect. Beautiful spacious lobby with open architecture, fountains and impressive entrance to the lower lobby level. Rooms are clean have all the amenities that you need. There is an in-room safe that takes some attention to make it work. I had troubles with it but after a call to the technical service someone came immediately and checked it. It was a problem with the safe and he changed it. After 15 minutes the job was done. There is complimentary water and good working free Wifi throughout the hotel. Sleep quality was good. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom but I could not find any additional socket, which would be useful. In the room are several sockets some for Saudi/British plugs with USB connection for direct communication with your mobile, other for European plugs and one for multiple plugs. The location of the sockets is not always optimal, some very low. Breakfast is in the Al Safina restaurant, a colourful and trendy setting with attentive and friendly service. It comes in the buffet format with a lot of local produce next to the classic offerings. The health club is at the lower level with an outdoor and indoor pool. Both are large. There are free changing rooms, lockers and towels.

On 3rd of december i booked a room (#729) to celebrate my 4th anniversary with my wife and took a package with that. Israa the guest relation was so helpful and did her best and i appreciate her support.

I checked in on same night after having dinner at ginger leaf hilton. The room was decorated properly as israa explained. But we faced some issues where we discovered gradually.

1. when showering we didnt find slippers
2. Wanted to brush our teeth and no tooth brush/paste was there
3. Dust bins had no trash bags even in the toilets
4. No wifi all night till next day
5. Missing towels

Called the guest service and complained about the missing things, they solved the first 2 points but 3-4 nothing happened.

Now the imp part is, we wanted to eat the chocolate cake (part of the package) and it was soo dry and stiff you could break the wall to the next room. While trying to eat it, we found nylon pieces INSIDE of it and not on the outside chocolate layer (most probably clingfilm).

I called at almost 9.30 the guest service and was complained and she promised the manager will solve this issue and come go check the cake. Two hours later, nothing happened and no one bothered to even call.

Went down the reception and i was really mad coz no one cared, zakaria abdel hadi took my complaint and promised to inform the duty manager since no manager was on duty by that time to talk to me. The guys was polite and gentle and he absorbed me in a professional way promising he will inform the manager.

I waited two more hours and no one gave effort to call. Next day at noon i was shocked receiving a call from the guest service asking me how was my staying and hoping i enjoyed my night !! Seriously guys !! This proves that no one handled the complaint to the managers and even if they did no one cared to call and check.
I booked in hilton and paid 1700 plus to get a 5 stars service, it ended up being a bad experience. No respect to your guests in solving problems.
I would have gone to a 2-3 stars hotel and had a better approach than your hotel.

We’ve been very excited and looking forward in this staycation in Hilton simply because we knew the view fr the balcony is extremely impressive.Unfortunately, all the booking sites have no sea view availability though we still opted even for a city view room.Hoping we could talk to the front desk staff and might luckily give us a sea view room for upgrade. We were willing to pay for the price but sadly our optimism turned sour.
Nevertheless, the room we occupied is truly stunning. The king size bed is very neat and comfy.Pillows are absolutely cozy and fluffy.T and B shiningly clean with gorgeous essentials from Crabtree and Evelyn.Plus a lovely white rose for accent.I have noticed all things reachable by hands were well sanitized from tv remote to toilet bowl etc etc.The room was even sealed with a Hilton “stay clean” sticker.Surely,it gave us the feeling of comfort and security without having to worry about the covid virus.
The balcony has an awesome city view although d scorching heat prevented us from staying there for a longer time.In the evening however, temperature became a little less humid. The lobby never lost its grandiose form.It was the same blissful feeling we felt since the last time we checked in here in 2002.The cascading falls adjacent to the coffee shop and lobby lounge added a feeling of nature. The outdoor pool is alluringly turquoise though it’s only for men and children. However, the women’s fitness club is just a few steps away. It’s located on the 9th floor of Waldorf Astoria.I remember, wayback 2002 the indoor pool of Hilton was for ladies used.Anyways,I wasn’t given the chance to swim in their very inviting aquamedic’s pool since they consider my swimming attire as non-nylon in fabric material. They have a very strict policy about it.Nonetheless, the receptionist named Badria was very accomodating and welcoming that she suggested to tour me around d spa, gym, pool, poolbar and sauna. She enthusiastically suggested that I could still enjoy my visit by trying the sauna.Kudos to her lovely effort in providing guests alternative relaxation activity.I didn’t go back to my room sighing hahaha! The view of d Red Sea corniche from the fitness club is amazingly beautiful by the way.
Actually,we were supposed to stay for 2n 3d but our sweet stay was shortened because of the annoying drilling sound coming from the renovation on the 8th floor. We decided to transfer to another nearby 5 star hotel.
Overall,my hubby and I are still looking forward in another stay here in Hilton.I guess that would be when we are sure that no renovation noise will disturb us anymore and a delightful sea view room!
Thank you Hilton!We shall return!❤️❤️❤️

Since the restaurants are closed from yesterday , all meals are in the room.
I called at 0900 for breakfast to in room dining and gave my order. This is after 25 minutes of trying the phone.
Every 30 minutes I have been calling in room dining and guest services without any luck. They keep saying we are very busy and sorry for the delay.
Just went down to reception and complained again that I have been waiting for 2hr 45mins for the breakfast to reach.
Once in room dining picked up my call and I enquirer about my order, the lady on the phone said please hold, she picked up another call and took the order and after completing that phone call , she just hung up me.
So now it is almost noon, and I am still to get my breakfast.
Keep it up 👍 Jeddah Hilton.
This is in spite of myself being a diamond member of Hilton Honors.
I deeply saddened by this experience, and will never book Jeddah Hilton in my life again. Poor , horrible service.

We had a very pleasant Friday lunch at Jeddah Hilton's Amwaj restaurant. At first I was hesitant to have a buffet lunch because of safety concerns (due to the pandemic) but upon arriving there, I was immediately put at ease. The buffet set-up was vast and the area was clean and spacious enough to achieve the social distancing norm. All the servers were very attentive and accommodating, explaining the international dishes they have and they were very helpful in providing assistance throughout our whole lunch. I would like to mention one of the wait staff, Darwin Morales, who was very courteous and friendly, making sure that we had a very good dining experience. Comfort, safety and of course great food will have me coming back and recommending the restaurant.

Had a fantastic two days at the Hilton. Amazing interiors with a fountain.
Buffet breakfast has a lot of options and the location is convenient not too far from the airport and for work.

The room on the second floor was really spacious with an outdoor table for sitting down for a cup of coffee another person!!

Yes, there shouldn’t be any issues with you checking in as soon as you arrive. I recommend contacting the hotel regarding your reservation just to give them a heads up so they can better accommodate you. The hotel is very focused on its customers so I don’t see them giving you a hard time with checking in due to a very late flight.

Hi Maimoonaa, The lady guest who stay in Jeddah Hilton will have the chance to use the pool in Lady Health Center in Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq the most luxurious of Hilton's brands located just next door from the hotel lobby. Just inform the lady reception of your room number and definitely was a privilege as my sister was enjoyed her time.

I did not use it, but I recall the sign indicated separate hours for men and women. Anyway you can ask at the desk and they will advise the rules. As noted by others I think the adjacent hotel (very high-end property) has a ladies facility available for use. You can also use their restaurants and charge to your Hilton room.
