I went there for a family holiday on the national day but sadly the experience was terrible. I found small creatures crawling all around, the furniture and the toilet was so used like it has been hundreds years. At all not recommended to any one
The check in process taking too much time!! A really bad first impression. After waiting more than 40 min "for cleaning and sterilization" we entered the junior suite and it was dirty, including past guests items and eyelash extensions in the carpet!!! What a NASTY thing! The suit have flys in it! 🪰 I tried to call the reception and housekeeping many times without answer! I have to call them at least 4-6 times till answering, and waiting for much time till receiving my orders and requests. What a bad experience, not recommended at all.
Nice place in Jeddah, the room and the jacuzzi @ 128 very relaxing Upon arrival warmly greeting by staff, Mr, Ahmad placed his best for my comfort also as we checked out the staff were great. I ordered pizza but I didn’t have chance to dine in the main restaurant Over night the leaves covered all the cars in parking spaces and became dirty
1- Literally, the longest Check-in & out ever. Get ready to wait at the reception for a long time and witness the mess up yourself. 2- Cleaning is one of this place’s problems. I mean, flies & mosquitos were are all over the place. The breakfast buffet dishes were full of them 🤢. 3- Ordering food at the beach is a headache, don’t expect your food to be delivered before 30-40 minutes. Ours took 45 minutes! 4- A special thanks to Mr. Zeyad at the reception for being a gentleman & helpful. He tried his best but I guess the management needs to look at the customers reviews and work on them ASAP.
We booked an executive Villa for a 2 night stay with our young children. We called ahead to make sure they have security bars for the stairs as is stated on the website and were assured that the bars are available, yet upon arrival they had no idea what we were referring to. We asked for a baby cot, it arrived after we called housekeeping twice and to my horror the mattress was covered with dried vomit from a previous baby. At this point,I noticed that the soles of my 4 year old child’s feet were completely black ; I’ve stayed at various hotels all over the world with star ratings ranging from 2-5 but this was my first time to see a floor so filthy. And when we asked for it to be cleaned, the mop water was literally a dark shade of black, indicating that the floor had not been mopped for some time. Luckily we live in the city, so we packed and left as I could not imagine how dirty the carpets, beds and bathrooms must be if even the marble floors were black. Especially with very young kids I couldn’t take the risk of someone getting a nasty infection. Also, the bathroom air suction switch was not working and the bathroom had an awful smell. The pool was dirty and had live insects; the engine was off and we had to call for someone to start it. Upon checkout the staff tried to explain that this is a strange occurrence and never happens, yet it did. And they insisted on charging us the price of one (very expensive) night despite the fact that we left only because of the filth. If you value your time, health and money I strongly advise against staying at this place. …
