I loved it! Its beautiful. it has a salon. Excellent service. Best hotel ever if your staying at Aleppo you should stay at that hotel!

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel on a class trip to visit a research center in Aleppo. There a was a little misunderstanding about the room distribution at the beginning but it was quickly solved. The rooms were really comfortable with large TVs, wireless internet connection, and a quite large bathroom. However, there was a noticeable lack of lighting...

I have visted Pullman Al shahba hotel last year and i was not so impressed and disappointed , the service was very slow and the staff careless inattentive and rooms were very dirty. the sheets of the bed rooms were dirty not ironed , the toillets were durty abd not ready for the servcie this time i have another conference...

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Aleppo and would advise travellers to stay elsewhere. If you are going to Aleppo to see the souk and citadel, stay in a place near the old part of town. This hotel is a 20 min taxi ride into the interesting parts of town and 3 of 4 taxi drivers didn't know...
