Located on the entrance of Aleppo. Somehow old hotel, if you did not like your room you can ask to change it to upgraded one. Dedeman working on renewing the hotel so some of the room still old. The breakfast is excellent. 4 stars hotel with 3 stars rate. Nice panoramic restaurant on last floor with live music and Turkish...

I have been to this hotel before it moved on to Dedeman brand. After being a part of big hotel chain you expect more quality. But it is impossible to have this quality with very old furniture, a very bad kitchen and uncleaned rooms....

Dedeman Aleppo as location is the best in Aleppo. Nice gardens . Big space for parking, free and secure. Front Office Staff are very friendly and professional in Check in and out very quick. Amazing Breakfast mixed Western and Eastern, even was no Buffet. After that we test Mamounieh the traditional food of Aleppo. Excellent room as space, nice view,...

As soon as i arrived i knew i was going to enjoy my time there . The whole place is beautiful with lots of fun activities to do . I really enjoyed my trip.

We had our wedding party at the hotel but thank god it was orgnized by a third party. The hotel is terrible and old. The rooms are outdated. The elevators are not working well. the hotel is hot with no AC due to energy conservation. The room's AC is not functioning too. The breakfast is very bad I got sick...

We have only spent one night at hotel during our round trip in Syria. Hotel was nice but I think rooms need renovation to five star standarts. It has a good Syrian breakfast. There is very quiet - lovely traditional decor. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Also this hotel name has been changed to Dedeman Hotel...
