We've been travelling 7 months now and this is the first hotel that I've had to formally complain about. We booked and paid for a Superior Room on Agoda that has the following description: Cable / Satellite TV with Temple View. The picture on the site is of a lovely double aspect room flooded with light. We arrived at 11:50am...

Thi guesthouse is located on the main road , quiet far down the main road. But it's only good, it's quiet and clean. A good breakfast is nearby( just around the corner) Really liked my stay here. I highly recommend this place if you are living on a budget but still want to live in a old cosy house. Close...

Only one upside - very good location - on the street Sakkarine in the old city, directly opposite Wat Sop and Wat Sene. But they've written about wife in the room - it's false.... And wet floor in the bathroom, tight door, unfriendly staff.... When i start to ask about internet, he answered, than I can choose another hotel...- it's...

Stayed here on my 4th visit to Luang Prabang - my first time staying on the main street. It is a few minutes walk from the centre of town, so very quiet area & directly opposite a monastery. Had upstairs room overlooking the monastery. Good sized, and very comfortable room with good sized & decent bathroom. Staff were always smiling...

I stayed for 6 nights in one of the downstairs rooms. The room itself was pretty good, but not much storage space. The pillows were nice and fluffy and the mattress was ok. The bathroom was reasonably clean and spacious for the price although the shower head needs replacing. The reception staff were pleasant. The major problem was the very...

We stayed in a room at the back on the ground floor. It was incredibly dark and damp. There is damp covering the walls and it smells very musty. Being next to reception also means noise throughout the evening and certainly in the early morning so don't expect any lie ins. The bathroom was also extremely mouldy and smelly and...

We stayed for 2 nights at this guesthouse. The staff are very friendly. They really do try their best to communicate with us though their English can be limited. Everyone is just so nice, from the manager down to the cleaner. The location of this GH is not at the "center." Meaning, you have to walk a couple of yards...

I stayed 11 nights at this guest house...i just fell in love with luang prabang. The location of the guesthouse is amazing...on the main street but in the quiet side of it. In front there are lovely temples where you can see in the morning their alms procession. Staff is really friendly and smily. Around there are 2 yummy bakeries...

We stayed here one night as a substitute for Phasith GH when they couldn't accommodate us on the first night. Symoungkoun is at the end of the main street, near to some of the more upscale places and across from a temple. The rooms were clean with TV and AC. They offer toilet paper, soap and towels. I would stay...
