Well we went wanting that something extra, the price paid suggested we should get it If I were to see the GM and he were young i would say keep up the good work you have a long way to go but it could be very good Reality is it probably was far better before the owners bult the Santi...

The room in the annexe was comfortable and well appointed. While wi-fi was available it was slow and not always available. The breakfast was very good but could have been perfect. The location is ideal for staying in Luang Prabang as it is in walking distance of all the important temples as well as the Royal Palace. Overall the service...

I was lucky enough to be taken to this beautiful hotel for a meal on my birthday last week and after suffering poor service at a guest house around the corner from villa santi, this hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The staff were exceptionally well trained and polite. They anticipated your needs before you even did. The...

The hotel is perfectly located on the main street and everything of interest is within easy walking distance. We were lucky and by chance arrived the day before the boat race so the normally sleepy town was filled with atmosphere of locals enjoying a national holiday. The hotel is shabby/chic (not sure whether intentional or not) and I thought attractive,...

We were recommended this hotel by family currently living in Laos and weren't disappointed. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the Royal suites which was a real treat. The room was enormous and very well appointed as was the bathroom which can so often be pokey little offerings. We enjoyed evening drinks at the front of...

Villa Santi is a very nice boutique hotel, very centrally located in Luang Prabang. the Mekong, night market and main temples are all close by, together with some excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and you can also use facilities at the resort on the outskirts of town. Clean, spacious rooms. Grand colonial dining room with an excellent spread for breakfast....

A well located boutique style hotel on the main street of Luang Prabang. Really enjoyed breakfast on the upstairs balcony. Nice ambience and plenty of choices to eat. Our room was situated in a garden setting. The building and rooms were of an interesting style mostly of a darker wood. Rooms were well equipped, everything worked well. No wifi in...

This hotel and spa is very near the city, yet, it looks like it's far, far away from civilization. It's peaceful and quiet, birds are flying and chating, the water is rumoring, the trees are growing, the flowers are blooming. There's a shuttle bus to the city where, early in the morning, you can see Buddhist priest in a silent...

We recently stayed in the hotel and found the place beautiful and inviting. The pool off the lobby is also wonderful and a great place to cool down on a hot day. The monks pass directly in front of the hotel each morning and it sits on the main street where the night market takes place. Also there are great...
