As title suggests this is a lovely hotel. The only mid range one we could find that also had a pool. Breakfast is ok, grounds are nice and staff were really attentive. The big drawback in my opinion is that it is a 30,000kip tuk tuk to the town and just too far to bike comfortably in the heat. If...

Absolute fantastic Resort, beautifull setting. Slightly out of town and away from the road, so pretty quiet, appart from a couple of small planes landing during the day at the nearby Airport. The drumms and gongs of the Buddhist temple at 5am just behind the resort is not a big problem either. The staff is very friendly and helpfull in...

Driving in this place is impressive from the start. Gardens beautiful, pool fantastic, rooms comfortable and attractive. Every staff member was helpful and eager to please. Restaurant was a little short on menu options but the food cooked was great. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Nice resort with clean bungalows, very friendly staff who speak good English. Good shuttle bus service into town which is lovely and quaint with great bars, resturants, and shops. Although a little bit on the expensive side. We booked for 2 nights because it was so lovely decided to stay another 2, big mistake. We was happily relaxing by pool...

I stayed in the resort for a week and it was a wonderful oasis to return to after a day of exploring. Great staff, pool was a wonderful place to relax in the afternoon or evening, shuttle and loaner bikes made getting around easy. Can't stay enough about this hotel or Luang Prabang.

Although situated just outside the town, this really is a nice place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful, the bungalow style accommodation although on the small side, where very nice and comfortable with good size bathrooms. Resturant not the best, but with loads of great places to eat in town this wasnt a problem. Fantastic, clean pool,...

The place is really lovely, beautiful garden, great pool, nice roomy cottages. The breakfast is not exciting, but gives a good basis for the day, dinner was OK but not extraordinary. For the space you have available in the garden and in the cottages you pay by being a little out of town, situated beautifully above the Kham river. It...

The pool was fantastic and very welcome in the sweltering afternoons. The accommodation was OK. Staff were friendly but disorganised. Breakfast was very modest. Location was awkward though some free taxi services were provided. Lovely garden. On one of the nights we were the only guests - not sure if that was the reason for lack of management or the...

Resort was quite nice, with a good pool and the rooms and bathroom were good. The restaurant was also quite nice, with a good range of food and a nice free breakfast menu The only real negative about the stay was it seemed to be a little overpriced compared to other accommodation in the area - we didn't have a...

I spent 10 days here recently and it really is a Paradise. The staff cannot do enough for you from the owners to the maids, everyone is helpful and bend over backwards to be helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend the Paradise Resort highly enough. I will definately return.

“We paid an upgrade for a river view room but found the other rooms equally good. The standard rooms have a garden view but given that the river banks are full of trees, you don't actually see that much of the river as you might like. So if you are hesitant whether an upgrade is worth the additional money, go for a standard room.”
