Stayed four nights in this beautiful property. Service was friendly and genuine, always smiling and trying to make you feel welcome and happy. The concierge, Santi, organised my day trips and made sure everything was triple confirmed! Loved the Tamarind Cooking Course and the Shangri Lao Elephant Camp. I would recommend a sunset boat trip up the Mekong on a...

The Luang Say Residence is an excellent 5 stars hotel. The garden is very large with many kinds of plants and trees. There is an organic vegetables garden at the back of the hotel where they grow all sorts of vegetables and herbs and is very nice. This is a fabulous hotel! In fact it doesn't feel like a hotel at all but a collection of large villas in a beautifully landscaped garden. The staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic and the setting sooo tranquil. The breakfasts are absolutely scrumpcious. If you are looking for a hotel set in the buzz of the town, this is...

Large suites in pretty grounds. We enjoyed the a la carte breakfast. A little way out of the centre, but there is a shuttle in the evening. The restaurant food was good, but there are more local places in town. Staff helpful, and the little bedtime gift is a nice touch.
