we made reservations for a 3 night stay a year in advance..the room we were in,204,the corner room in the last block, had a view of the neighbours kitchen..day and night..if we could see them then they could see us...so curtains closed all the while.. the rest of it, breakfast, restaurant, fabolous room, lost its meaning.

Consists of several 2 story attractive buildings set in greenery, small lily pads, fruit trees, and an organic vegetable garden. Very 'woody' rooms with modern bathrooms, safe, free wifi, good AC, fan, etc. Beautiful pool. Fine Restaurant with Lao and French cuisine. Over 2 dinners we had steamed fish with seasonings, Lao salad with duck, banana bud salad, foie gras,...

It's hard to believe this property is only 6 years old. The Architect has cleverly created numerous french colonial styled residences designed to look many years older within beautifully maintained gardens. We loved sitting around the big wrap around verandah of the main building The staff were simply wonderful and the food was fresh, varied and often straight from the...

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. On arrival we discovered we had been upgraded to an Explorator suite in the main building. It was upstairs overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel was peaceful and the staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding with tasty fruit, fresh bread and croissants and great coffee. We ate dinner at...

Spent 5 days at this fabulous boutique hotel. Service was wonderfully personal and surroundings so nice. Our room was in one of 5 buildings in the gardens (2 storeys and 2 rooms per storey) built in French Lao colonial style and the room decorated accordingly. Felt very at home and welcomed by all staff Lao and a few Europeans (...

My wife booked this hotel for 5 nights in early Feb 2017. We booked three rooms for seven of us - six adults and one teenager. This 6-year-old property is not part of an international hotel chain, but that's probably why it is charming and unique. It is part of Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) accreditation, and it is not cheap...

It's a lovely place with multiple buildings and each one has 4 units which are unusually large. A 4-poster bed, sep. sitting area, large bathroom with very large sep. shower (I wished that the handheld shower wouldn't be so small and spray all over the place and runs all over the place, right down to your bath mat; it's very...

Beautiful property with separate buildings with 4 rooms. Very nice bar and sitting room. There is a main dining room but several more tables on the wrap around porch for drinks and dining. Also a lovely pool. The staff were efficient and friendly.

This is a lovely "residence" that has a main building with the lobby, bar, dining area including a large veranda where you can choose to have your meals. There are separate buildings that have 4 large rooms in each, perhaps accommodating up to 40 people is my guess. The grounds are lovely and include a pool, organic gardens and walkways...
