We could not fault our service at this lovely hotel. We stayed for 10 days and were lucky enough to have a gorgeous room overlooking the lotus ponds. I only bought one pair of sandals on holiday with me so when the sole came away it was oh..........a quick word to reception and 1 hour later it was returned.....fixed, after...

Once you got into the hotel you will be stunned by the beautiful lily pond and the lovely restaurant that adjoins the hotel. The staff at the hotel are great and the manager, Lulu, was so helpful with our day trips and with everything else. The rooms are nice and spacious. My only small issue is with the breakfast. It...

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room overlooked the pool and was clean and comfortable. The bed was superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of choice of good quality food plus the view over the lily pond...

The hotel setting is gorgeous and the lily ponds are really lovely. I thought the service was fantastic no complaints. Loved the scented oil burners at night, really great touch. Breakfast in the morning was nice, overlooking the lily ponds although the selection could have been a bit broader. The location is good, out of town but an easy walk...

Excellent where it counts - Knowledgeable reception, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing room, beautiful view of the water lily pond, non intrusive staff but very pleasant and sincere when you need service. Good location for a pleasant walk to the heritage peninsula. Would I return? Definitely YES.

Tasteful locally inspired decor, comfortable, updated and well-maintained rooms. Tasty western and Lao-inspired breakfast spread and beautiful view over the lotus pond. Relatively convenient walk to the night market and into the main area of Luang Prabang cafes etc. Lemongrass scented oil in the rooms was a nice touch. Service was less than 5-star as others have suggested here, mostly...

Service - I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with such charming and friendly staff! On our arrival Titi gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. Reception greeted you...

The room was extremely clean and overseeing the Heritage Lotus Pond and the staff was so friendly and accommodating and advise us the nice places to visit. Good maintenance of bicycles and its free and the Manager in Charge LuaLua (in short LuLu) from Paris was always smiling and welcoming us and we had a good chat and exchange books...

We had high expectations for this hotel and it did not disappoint! The grounds are exquisite and the lily pad pond is just as enchanting as it looks in photos. I spent hours one day just walking the property and taking pictures of all the lovely charming areas and vignettes. The attention to detail really shows through in the landscaping...

We stayed at this hotel for the first few nights of our 4 week Indochina trip...I think it was almost the best place we stayed (certainly in the top two). Location - Luang Prabang is an easy place to get around - whilst you're not in the main drag here it takes 10 minutes to talk to the night market...
