Stayed at Regent Plaza Hotel for a night in last week of March 2022. Found dirt on the furniture, linen needed fresh replacement, washroom needed some cleaning. The good part was Suana, steam & jacuzzi.. (don’t let your expectations rose, even these facilities weren’t great) overall an average experience
Pickup from airport is arranged by third party cab who even not know the hotel location and very unprofessional however my booking already includes the pickup. Very very pathetic service. The reception staff took a long to check in. The room is too much smelly . I asked iron in night which even not delivered in morning . The duty manager said sorry sir we not have . Really amazed how they surviving in the service industry. Overall staff is incompetent ,unprofessional and non cooperative.
I like hotel it's clean and it's very nice I like the looks of the room and the lobby I liked the food they provided fnb area is one of the best selection I have seen I recommend this hotel to everyone

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Not up to European standard. Disgusting and appalling service. When we first got there our room was located right at the end and the corridors smelt of damp. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were wet with damp. The carpet was sticky with damp. And for the bathroom I won’t even go there. After complaining to the front desk we were told this was the executive floor. I honestly thought the guy was taking the p**s until I spoke to the cleaner who said that this is the best rooms on the floor they have compared with the others. After kicking off at the front desk and demanding f to speak to the manager we were eventually offered a new room. This was better and had a view as the first room had blanked out windows. We agreed to stay on basis that the room had been payed for and any changes to our schedule would likely set us back and we did not have the time so desperately we accepted to stay and made the most out of it. For all foreigners and tourist please avoid and do not go to this place as the staff have no idea about customer care and service. …
One of the third class service I have ever seen in my life I came here with my family on 28th September my room no was 316 I can’t explain the situation I see in hotel dirty corridors room was dusty including pillows and tables staff was non cooperative
Our stay at this hotel was full of resentment and remorse .. we shifted from ramada creek to regent but were so disappointed .. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom were even worse with cloged hoses and rusty floors.. the complimentary buffet breakfast was horrible for hotel taking 10k plus a night ... there was nothing to eat and the sneaking staff just displayed sliced cucumber and tomatoes on huges dishes to fill up the table .. An absolute worst and horrendous experience.. Will NEVER VISIT AGAIN 😡🤬🤬😡
A lot of things to improve and poor service. First time to stay with my family and I am a businessman - travel and tour owner just to experience the hotel there and low and behold we directed us to the old room and dirty and super dim. It was a standard room. Breakfast is not presentable and poor service. Too cold no microwave to reheat. We ate in the lobby but the utensils are dirty even table. I think the management need to improve the service. The staff is complaining due to lack of staff as per them they stopped hiring. Definitely, I will not come back as a first-timer. The vault box has no battery.
Everything was good but front desk officer Morning person behavior not good they should learn the management how to speak properly in a good behavior. But overall all good n best Place to live.see soon.
we visit this hotel for a holidays having 5 days booked from travel agency,and all the staff was so rude ! the rooms was dirty,the breakfast was poor and when we complain for everything and asking to do early check out the director mamage mr zubair he start talking in pakistan laguage and looking that he say bad words for us he inform us that we have to pay the full ammount and then we can do early check out. all can be forget it but having a director manage to not solve the problems of the clients who visit this hotel and express all the bad things in their mother laguage and not in english is the worst think i have ever seen! far away from this hotel !!!!!
