Mattresses line the hallways. Sanitation is one thing, safety is another. How and why they would allow unsuspecting guests to arrive to find an abysmal structure in disrepair is unimaginable. I had to turn sideways to walk down the hall. There has been no hot water. No hot water. None. Multiple complaints met by utter rudeness. Uncaring. Zero compensation. Zero accountability. A novice traveler I am not. Overly demanding I am not. Appointments and schedules - prevented me from changing hotels. I’ve not showered in two days. This organization is not a hotel. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

Response from Embassy2005, Manager at Embassy Inn
Responded 28 Aug 2019
Dear Mr. Albert Thank you very much for taking the time to bring to my attention your disappointment over our services. It is through valuable feedback such as yours that we are able to improve on our services. Please specify your problems you faced in our hotel as your review is very much generalized and all in house guests are handled by our duty managers which are available 24/7 so you should have told them your problems when you were staying with us. We have also checked our system and there is no entry of the name “Albert” in the month of June 2019, so please mention your date of check in and check out and your official name. Thank you once again for your concern. We hope that you will give us an opportunity to show you that we are indeed up to our promised standards. Kind regards. Mr. Saleem Anwar Room Division Manager.

Expensive? Yes. But its worth it. I am always of this idea that holiday Rentals are cheaper and better all around the as compared to Pakistan. Yes we will be there one day. This is a cool place to spend a night when in Karachi for some official work. The buffet is also great. The rooms are comfortable and staff was also friendly. Location is also good and near to the Airport.

Stayed for 2 nights and the internet connectivity is just my main issue it is unstable and slow. Hoping the management will take action to upgrade or either way fix it. However, the place is clean, nice and accessible to nearby business meeting locations.

I have stayed at Embassy Inn multiple times over the past few years and have always found it to be a decent place to spend a few nights. Facilities are adequate and rooms are clean. Ideal for short business visits. They serve excellent tea and mutton pulao on their restaurant menu is recommended 😁

The hotel is a medium hotel; rooms are comfortable but quite old and could be cleaner. Breakfast is fine and the restaurant has pakistani and same western food. Are available smoking rooms. The security staff could be improved; it is a bit under western standard but ok for a short business trip.

I visited Karachi this week and stayed for 5 days in Embassy Inn. This time the interenet service was very poor. I was unable to use internet even with network cable. And one suggestion for the management that please provide 2 small bottles of mineral water instead of one 1.5 litre. I felt thirsty and want to drink one glass but hesitated as more that one liter will be wasted.

Best location in the city on the longest road / main artery i.e shahra e faisal. Easy to commute to anywhere in the city. 25 minutes from Airport. A bit higher in price. But can save money on traveling to different ends of the city.

I stayed at the hotel with my doctor colleagues because we were attending a training workshop. The food has ropes and flies in them. The rooms are terrible, dirty and stinky. The management staff is highly uncooperative and unprofessional. We were staying for 7 nights and couldn't take no more after 2 nights. I would never ever recommend this hotel. Stay away they are frauds and scammers.
