Good overall stay, hotel not up to 5 star standards but overall stay comfortable and secure/safe. We were very happy with Chef Yousef who made us custom pasta and looked after my family well. The cleaning and laundry staff were very humble and did everything we asked on time and in full.
I am a regular visitor to various five and four star hotels around the World . My experience with the Marriott Karachi is a hotel not more than a 3star hotel. It's food and service are worst and getting worst day by day . The quality of food at Nadia is extremely poor nor fresh and extremely high priced. The service standards are poor and needs tremendous improvement because if you look back in late eighties or early nineties Nadia used to be a hot Spot with its 7wonders /flavours of ice cream and excellent cold coffee good imbiance and good service too. The quality of food and service cannot improve by keeping ab Italian or French GM unless you work and may things happen otherwise their are other cheap and good options available . Even pc KHI their group company is not only better but much better. The hi tea I took needs improvement in quality of food and drinks , it's temperature, presentation , services etc . The management of the Hashoo group and principals of the franchisee USA should take serious notice of this situation going worse and worse day by day.…
I have stayed here before as well but this time the service was just average. Long wait at the reception for check-in and check-out. Constant no show at the concierge. Towels were pale in color and the lamp in the room was broken. We were told that service will improve with time as they are recovering from covid situation.
We stayed for 5 nights in December. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Location was ideal to get around this busy city. As is the norm in Pakistan, heavy security to get to the hotel itself. Check in was ok. Why is it they never seem to get staff who are smart and can think on their feet? Ask a question and you get strange looks! Anyway, room was big and clean. Breakfast was real good with local dishes on offering. The reception area was nice and pleasant to sit and chill. An old car exhibited in reception seemed to be the best selfie spot. Overall had a pleasant stay.
its a beautiful hotel in the Karachi, well trained staff. ready to help you, close to the main market in the city. love this place, best security system, very clean rooms., wish to stay again and again.
Most wonderful and helpful staff. Visit Nadia Cafe’s manager Mir and his staff were exceptional, plus live music twice a day was very pleasant. House keeping staff, Roshan, was the nicest, most considerate staff you’d want. The property does need some updating and the non-smoking environment. I will stay at this hotel without hesitation
Family time at the Marriott has always been great. We are coming to this hotel since I was a child and now my children love to come to this hotel. The older staff members know us really well and remembers as every time we come.

Mr. Abdul Qayyum as well as the other Doormen. Mr. Yousuf, Mr. Rauf, Mr Adeel and the other Valets. All of them deserve special commendation for taking excellent care and being extra attentive.
