I’ve been in 3 hotels during my stay and this was the worst by far. Thankfully, I was only in the hotel for 9 hours before my late flight abroad. The location is great… the short travel to/from the airport was the highlight of my short stay. I was initially given a room where the bathroom tap gushed water all over the floor when in use. They offered to change my room, and the second room had strands of hair all over the bed, so housekeeping had to be called to rectify it. The new sheets also had some hair on it (perhaps it’s an issue on how the sheets are laundered) so I ended up placing a bath towel on the bed to sit on. The door keycards for both rooms never worked. The rooms are poorly maintained (my bedside table was broken and slanted heavily) and didn’t feel particularly hygienic as there was again visible hair in various spots around the room. As others have mentioned, the coffee shop smelled heavily of smoke. So I had in room dining instead and the simple meal I had was fine. I am just relieved I wasn’t staying overnight.…
ok room, bad service, restaurant ok considering the hotel - servers good but for some reason, coffee was hidden like gold !!! overall dusty. I have been to other hotels within the same country and because they get a lot of dust, their cleaning staff is instructed to periodically walk around and swipe anything they see that is dusty. The air conditioning purposely shut off every single night and I would wake up sweating. After multiple talks with manager Hassan to fix issues, nothing got fixed. So bottom line - try to get there in the daytime. Have a walkthrough of the room and its location. So you may get a room away from construction, and perhaps a corner room which would be quieter. And worst - they charged my card a bit over $200 .00 even after I had left and come back already. Never give them your credit card. but if you don't have a choice, bring at least 2 cards on your trip - 1 for this hotel and immediately after - call and have your bank freeze this card till u are back.…
Best hotel and best staff WE stayed 12 NIGHTS and everymemberand staffwasfriendlyandhelpful. WE WILL ONLY STAY THERE FOR OUR FUTURE TRIPS TO KARACHI. Breakfast was the best start of the day With EXTREMELY GREAT SEVICE AND VARIETY OF Food. BEST HOTEL ALL THE WAY 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 Ali memon.
So I was staying at Ramada Creek for about 2 weeks. During my stay, my wife was in town for about 6 nights and she was staying with me. During our stay, she wasn't allowed to use the breakfast facility/Sehri(as it's Ramadan ) and so we used to do breakfast outside. Upon my check out, they asked me to pay breakfast charges for additional person for all of the 6 nights. I told them that we were categorically denied the breakfast option stating that this is not in your package and so we did it outside. However, now they want to charge for the additional breakfast. I told them that this is a scam and I am not going to pay it. I told them that I will put this on social media so you don't scam other people but they said we will not let you step out of the hotel and we will call the security. I asked them that I want to meet the senior hotel management but the guy at the reception said I am the senior guy and now security will handle you. After wasting 30mins of my time, they asked me to pay a partial amount, which I did as I wasn't feeling safe and all of their staff has gathered around. However, I will be taking a legal action against them. Just want to raise this for general public so they don't end up in the same situation…
This is a new hotel and unlike the other major brands, it is located in a tranquil part of town. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet, no outside noise. Housekeeping is very attentive and services are excellent. Restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The coffee lounge in the lobby area is a comfortable place to relax and meet. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Hasan the front office manager, and Rameez at the front desk. And Aster and Ahsan in the restaurant for their wonderful hospitality. And Asif and everyone else ! We look forward to staying at the Ramada Creek again.
I feel compelled to write a review after my stay at both Ramada plaza and Ramada Creek Karachi for duration of over 30 days. My stay occurred during the corono virus outbreak which was very unfortunate however i am truly grateful to all the staff and management team at both hotels. Being a British citizen and now stranded in a foreign country brought its own unique anxieties but these were removed from the professionalism and total care i received from both hotels. They were both sanitized on numerous occasions throughout the day with all the staff receiving complete training to prevent the spread of the virus. This alone gave me the comfort and confident i really required. The food, bedroom and all amenities were beyond my expectation also which again made a tough time much easier to cope with. There are far too many staff members who i developed a personal relationship with but the likes of Abid Ali, Shahid Khan , Razia and especially the General Manager Andreas were fantastic and i would really like to thank them and all the staff i encountered . I will most definitely come back to the Ramada in better circumstances and recommend for anyone who are looking to stay at Karachi seriously consider the Ramada as you will receive exceptional service. I wish you all the best. Yours Gratefully Junaid Baig…
We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Farrukh, part of the management staff, was very accomodating. Also, the food was very nice. SA, SR
An average place, still making its place in karachi. The hotel is located in the Douth Western tip of Karachi, about 20 Kms from the airport. An ideal place for those visiting family and friends and would like to enjoy the scenic views and a quiet walk or even a 18 hole golf with friends.
A farce of a hotel. No Wifi, no hot water, no tv and the most dangerous bit was a broken yet dangerous bed, yet they did not even attempt or consider any form of compensation. Anytime the electric kettle was operated, the wires would give out burning smell. The iron was a cheap burnt out iron that damaged all the business shirts. As for the breakfast, well that was the most ridiculous buffet ever experienced. Oh yeah forgot to mention the most important point, that this was the the executive suite.
I had booked a non-smoking, two bedroom suite as we are a family of three. I was initially told by check in staff that they had no such booking under my name; then they had...then they gave me a bad smelling smoking room which they could only change to a one double bed bedroom. Front desk manager was extremely unhelpful... Having been traveling since 4am that morning we were too tired to argue and just wanted to sleep...but the noise from a bar /club put pay to any good night's sleep. The floors were dirty, we were given two small towels for the three of us, which smelled. No iron or ironing board in the room. Seriously unimpressed with this hotel and will never stay there again!
