One of the best hotel in Karachi foe low budget it provides luxurious service like a five star hotels Rooms is amazing and beautiful toilet is very clean Near to Karachi international airport Food is delicious and healthy Best place for visit in Karachi
a small property with roadside parking. rooms are smelly, dark and washrooms are in poor condition. rooms at executive floor are everything but executive. the rack rate and corportae rates are high. one overall problem in Karachi propoerties is lack of hygiene and compliance to good practices. Location is good and Karch foods is near which is a good place to eat.
Very nice hotel Staff too good Mr Yusuf Jamal very helpful Value for money. Breakfast was really too good and we enjoyed it. Will definitely recommend others for this hotel Neat and clean toilets. But they should accept credit cards without which it becomes little difficult.
It's a budget hotel.. good value for money.. expect nothing extraordinary except for it's location, which is right on the Nursery at Shahrah-e-Faisal. Food is pretty ordinary and so is the ambiance of the hotel. The rooms facing the main rood are bigger than others but noisy as well due to close proximity of the road. The rooms on the back side a quiet but they are a bit cramped. They have recently renovated top two floors, so if you can bargain to get a room there, it is better. The standard rooms are pretty run down with old furniture and carpet. Washrooms are small but neat and clean. The greenwood restaurant on the ground floor is situated next to the lobby. Buffet breakfast is served there but with very very limited choices.
I have been there for a visit to my friend who was staying there for two nights. Unfortunately my experience was not good at the beginning. Hotel seems like just for living with very basic facilities. I myself will only prefer this hotel if I'm running short of my budget.
I had to spend one night there and it was good. Room was clean, tidy, and good room service. Food was good too. Complementary breakfast was not bad. Only bad thing about this hotel is its distance from airport.,
The newly furnished rooms are excellent comfortable and detailed for travellers an near to shopping and city centre restaurant offers big screen projection was exciting watching cricket with superb tea loved my stay
Stayed here in Decmber 2012 for a visit just a very budget hotel always review the rooms before you select which as there is a difference and if you want to use internet take one next to the router as it can be a problem further away. always ask if you have to pay for any service. After I chose a room i bargained the price down by about a 1000 ruppees. Later I learnt people had done more than that. The interior needs an uplift . Also the toilet wasnt clean the bath tub was cracked. there were even coakroaches there. The internet however was good speed, something unexpected in third world countries. It stayed good for the three nights of my stay. The housekeeping and in house service are apparently not so prompt so you need to push them. Breakfast was just very local style but I like it that way so it suited my taste. a lot needs to be attended to.…
I stayed at Hotel Faran during Dec 08 whilst visiting Karachi. i didnt know much about it before, but was told it was a basic budget hotel. That is exactly what it is. I stayed in a twin room which had fairly comfortable beds, a tv, a fridge with mini bar, good wardrobe space. The staff were very helpfu
Stayed for 3 days, it is more suited to people with average budget. Good proximity to Karachi airport surronded by good take aways/restauarnt i.e Karachi Food, Dehli sweet & Kfc.Staff are responsive however some miserable. Carpet is not very clean, bathroom/showers are very outdated. Room cleaning is done everyday, double room is a reasonable size with TV, twin sofa and a good size wardrobe. Air condition is very noisy however no load shedding was experienced. Complementry breakfast choice of continental and Pakistani version Paratha/omelette. Price is very reasonable, laundry service excellent. Not suited to families as a vaste number of tourists and business men dominate the hotel.
