This place serves its purpose but was very grotty, the people were lovely but the place was just really shabby and dirty. Room really was poor, but the service was nice an the fried rice was good in the restaurant they really made a big effort!

There are just 2 floors to this hotel, so no elevator. There is a pool and gardens in the middle of the hotel. The room clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. No safety deposit in the room, but you could leave valuables with the front desk.

The hotel, which has nice gardens and a pool, is located in suburban Mandalay some distance from local food outlets, necessitating use of the local transports if you wish to go anywhere. The room, which had basic appointments, was of adequate size and clean. The breakfast range consisted of fresh fruits, cold dishes and cooked meals. Reception staff were friendly...

The breakfast is Buffet with lots of choices to pick from , friendly and lovely staff work here, wifi in reception is not so good and no connection in the rooms. Rooms are nice and spacious. We had great couple of days stay in this hotel to explore Mandalay.

Very comfortable, large room with huge and comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent with a few options and quite good scrambled eggs. Pool looked great although we never got round to trying it! Very welcoming and helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner, too bad the room's shower was rather poor. It is a nice hotel however, that can be booked to visit its friendly town. We didn't use the swimming pool as it didn't look very clean. There is Wi-Fi but the connection is constantly on and off.

Lovely setting, nice pool and lovely rooms though they could do with some updating. Room was a bit delapidated and dirty in areas, but a good size. Restaurant was very slow and not great. Staff friendly and helpful. With a few tweaks, this could be a really lovely hotel

It was clean enough and the staff were friendly and even brought round an airer to dry our swimwear. The rooms were large with working a/c. However, yes wifi was patchy and the restaurant didn't have much food listed on the menu but they did make great French fries and tried hard to give us what we wanted with what...

Breakfast not good, rooms basic, little or no internet. Out of the way location, nothing near so no alternatives for eating. The whole setup is basically neglected and in need or refurbishment. There is a pool but often full of leaves and flies.

We stayed in this hotel on 22nd Feb, arranged by Exotic travel based in Yangon. We were given a room which needed quite a lot of refurbishment. The air conditioner and the fan were not working. We could not ring the reception as phone was not working as well! There were lot of mosquitos in the room but no insect...
