Not long returned from a weeks holiday in Sousse. The hotel is very rundown and tired in need of a complete overhaul and refurbishment, definitely not a 5 star. A lot of the staff are rude and obnoxious, air conditioning doesn't work, doors don't lock...More
At first i want to think all the staff in the hotel who make my holiday really fantastic.
The animation team is the best on the hotel. We enjoy the water gym and the water polo with obelix (the water boy) and the rest of...More
We are not long back from Sousse and this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in, the outside areas and main reception are nice but that's where it ends. The rooms are dated and smell, balcony doors don't lock, you have no idea...More

Hi to all questions regs Orient Palace the hotel is a 4min drive to the main Harbour area where there is plenty to do and see.A must do shops restaurants, nothing is expensive in Tunisia.A taxi to get their is £3 uk pounds from most hotels for up to 4people.they speak English very very well and adore the English people ,carnt do enough for us.they love to have a bit of banter (laugh) taxis are every where all of the time so no probs.there is a water park right next to hotel with diff slides we didn't use it but could watch from our balcony.when we arrived it was busy with English,German, Dutch, everyone got on so well (Holiday) there are lots of other Hotels close to Orient Palace and they don't mind if u wont to look around go to reception and ask.Beaches which is one long stretch is shared with each hotel,Men in uniform were stood at gates which give access to beaches and they see ur wrist bands on return.rooms at Orient are dated but lots storage, very comfy beds, room service daily, free Wi Fi ,free safe, and topped up daily awaits cold drinks.fizzys and water. Which u can have as often as u wish.WE WERE ALL INCLUSIVE ? Food was good ,hot, plenty of choice.U could eat after midnight to PIzza, snacks.when we were there they had Bingo, dance, quiz, karaoke, also show twice a week.nothing is to much trouble for the staff just ask if u need, won't,or are not happy. Our room was first floor room 112 quite area for sleep.this is my true and honest opinion We shall be returning again later this year. I wish u all HAPPY HOLIDAYS.Enjoy X
