WE loved the hotel and found the staff to be very helpful but the noise level of late night eaters (well past midnight) was disturbing since it was like they were in the room with you. Breakfast was good and dinner was not what we had anticipated after reading other reviews but it was fine.

This charming oasis in the middle of one of the most chaotic and fascinating medinas in North Africa is a real gift. Calm and chaos living in harmony. A must when visiting Tetouan if only to try the restaurant: utterly superb.

This beautiful riad is located just a few minutes walk into the old medina in the centre of Tetouan. As you step into the interior, you enter into a world of understated luxury and an ambiance of calm. Although I have never had the opportunity to stay here, I have visited on several occasions with friends, to have a meal,...

From the fantastic location (in the middle of the medina) and the beautiful tiled decoration of the inside of the hotel to the very hospitable reception, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The owner recommended us a guide as well who we were very pleased with. This is a gem of a hotel. The top room is a suite...

This riad is a beautiful building and is close by to all the sights of Tétouan. The food was great here too. Unfortunately we had a couple of problems. We had a query before arriving that did not get a response, our reception was very frosty following a misunderstanding from this and had it not been for lack of knowledge...

Very tastefully decorated in the grand Moroccan style -- fine textures, tiles, brass. The host and hostess were kind and helpful without being too much present. The location near the entrance to the medina was easy to find and led on in to the cluster of souks, shops and workshops. Everything was provided for in the room -- even little...

We spent at el reducto 6 amazing nights, it is a bit expensive in comparison to other places in tetouan but it was a really good experience. The hotel owners are just amazing, the food is very nice, the rooms are very well decorated and great energy surrounds the place!

WOW is all I can say. An absolutely beautiful, opulent, luxurious, thoughtfully decorated riad. We stayed in the Baghdad Room for 1 night (which is way nicer than the 1 picture on the website). Like the rest of the hotel, it was absolutely gorgeous with a very soft, comfortable, and large bed. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the...

Placed in the medina of Tetouan, this is one of my favourite hotels! Great rooms, wonderful meals, great hospitality. Ruth makes you feel at home, she's the best host in the city. She made us feel at home, no matter how different it was! All details were taken care of! All rooms are perfect, the service impeccable, fantastatic home-made breakfast...

Clean, comfortable, authentically-decorated, high-ceilinged room with a big bathroom. If you go to bed early, the atrium restaurant may pose noise issues. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was substantial. A couple slip ups: when we checked out, the woman at the front desk disputed our discounted rate from Booking.com. She kept pointing to the tariff sheet on the...
