I stayed in the hotel the first week of October 2015 while I was attending a workshop that was being hosted there. The hotel has a lot of charm with a beautiful marble reception area. It also has a lovely view of the marina and the sea from the restaurant with a balcony where you can also dine. My room...

I didn't check in the hotel (didn't ask for a room). I took a sailing course for 4 days there and it was awesome. One typical day at this course had this programme: 8:30 am breakfast in the hotel's restaurant (a very nice restaurant); 9 am - 1 pm theoretical navigation course class (in a very nice conference room); 1...

Okay, so the hotel has fallen into a little disrepair lately and is a little dated, but it's hard to lose charm and this building has lots of it. To call it a palace may be a reach , but this place has a charm not found in modern hotels. Whilst a little dated, the furnishings and fittings are solid,...

It definitely has a beautiful sea view from the room and also from the restaurant. It's a great choice if you want to spend your summer somewhere unique. An awesome place to relax and detach from every day problems. The food from the restaurant is very good and the waiters are kind and friendly. A minus for the furniture in...

compared to other places that I've stayed at for 40 euro per night this hotel is definitely below average but one of the places that will surely have a free room for the weekend. but this is off season. in July and August this place is not worth it; process are too high and the conditions are the same: average.

I had a business trip to Constance and stayed a night at the hotel. The location is very central. Overviewing the marina. Dinning terrace has the view. However, I was disappointed with the room. The bed was old and thin. The shower didnt have a curtain and the AC was not working properly. The room has a humidity smell. Attached...

I chose this hotel following a recommendation from a friend; I booked it via their reservation center, 4 days before arrival; a very good price for a triple room, partial sea view with breakfast and lunch included, 10% discount for staying 3 nights. The hotel is very well situated near Tomis harbour, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach...

Run down hotel. Prices are too high for the quality offered. Rooms need real uplift and renovation work. Bathrooms are very bad. Paid a lot of money for the rooms but did not expect such poor quality 3 star hotel. I would rate it 2 star. And would not stay next time. Just terrible.

If you wanna have a mix with an historical building in modern standard this is the place to stay. The stuff is very friendly and the seaview from the Hotel restaurant is amazing and the seafood great. Compared with other three star places in Constanta Hotel Palace is one of the most cost-efficient cause CHF 65 for a single room...
