The most miserable accommodation Miserable is the right word for the CARPENUL BUNGALOW. The mess at her home. Right from the entrance, the press outside was full of leaves under him. The press in the living room was cleaned superficially. The sofa in the living room was/is broken. The light is very weak, bundled with bulbs of different shapes and sizes. The downstairs room, where I stayed, has a mattress in waves. From the pictures you will see the bathroom, I won't go into details. What else can I say, the doors, windows, door handles are very worn, they creak, it can be seen that they were forced. If you will be staying there, watch out for the bathroom faucet: they carved a wooden beauty so that you can use it. (a Dorel was there "THE BOSS"). There is a lot to discuss, but this was a summary.

there are many options for accommodation, but, if you want direct access to the spa, you would need to book Bucegi Hotel; pay attention, you need to have your own robes, the hotel does not offer such things the surroundings offer many ways to move - walking and running in a safe neighborhood, winter sports facilities, biathlon ones there are also entertainment facilities - zipline, rollercoaster, etc - we tried the rollercoaster; many times the restaurant is on the top of the hill, so a little bit of moving it's mandatory; but it worth, the food is really good the problem is not if I would return, the problem it's to have time to do it; and to find available accommodation, first of all

We were there for two nights and my kids had some tummy issues - not related to the food we ate on site- . We also got sun burns as i forgot to pack sun protection . I asked for help at the spa and the lovely lady on duty - dark curly hair- went and begged another guest for help who graciously lent us his after sun . Many thanks for going out of the way to help Spa lady ! Our waitress today at the restaurant despite being extremely busy took the time and suggested to toast some bread for my sick child ! Really lovely again ! Many thanks . One suggestion to Management - have a small shop with strict necessities- sun screen, emergency supplies, medicines, tampons etc . Sort of things people would need and not to have to drive to Moeciu!

It was terrible. We used to love the location, but this time we got home sick, more than 35 people got sick because of the food. Talking to my friends, It seems this is a big problem at the location.

It is a complex of hotels and bungalows in the same location. I stayed at two-star "Sport" hotel, very clean, enough space with balcony, very quiet. It is one restaurant for all but is good. They don't have sophisticated foods but is tastefully. I was pleasant by the waiters from Nepal, very polite.

We booked three nights at Hotel Bucegi. Overall it was a nice experience, but could have been better. I will continue with good and bad things about this resort Good The view is amazing, the best part. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and spacious, huge and comfortable bed. Signature paintings outside and inside the buildings, which add personality to the place. Bad Food is generally tasteless. Big disappointment. Also, pretty different serving quality from one day to another and from one are of another in the restaurant. Smell of old on the hallway. Low quality and quantity of toiletries. Cheapest solid soaps and shampoo envelopes (no shower gel). The second day we did not get a complete refill for shampoo. Expensive spa (10 euros extra per person per day), cold pool water and very unfriendly staff. The only thing that makes me think I will return is the landscape. Everything else could and should be better.

I came here with my partner expecting this place to be a relaxing accommodation. The spa was the main reason we booked this place. Unfortunately we could not use the services of the spa completely. The pool was great except for the noise of children. We could also not use the jacuzzi since it was full of children and their parents. Wet sauna was working at a very low temperature and the dry sauna was great except for the fact that children kept opening the door… So very not relaxing. Unless you have kids this is not the place to enjoy. The room and restaurant are nice tho

Last week me and my wife booked a double room for 3 nights in Hotel Bucegi in Cheile Gradistei Resort. The rooms & restaurant are accordingly with the 3 stars classification so i'm not gonna amend that, BUT in concerned of the SPA it was total insult to it's clients. First of all they are charging 50RON per 1&1/2 hours of using the SPA(even when i've attended 4 starts rated hotels in Alps - Switzerland, Italy,France i've payed less). Nevertheless it was my decision to give it a try (SPA was the main reason i've booked accommodation to this complex) and now we are facing the consequences(both of us caught a cold). The water in the pool was so cold that all the children were using the jacuzzi to swim due to the icy water, making this impracticable by grown ups. Recirculation for the water in the pool wasn't working, the lights were reduced to minimum. On top of that the wet sauna was closed showing a "DEFECT" sign on the glass door from the sauna entrance making it impracticable too. Please be aware that there was no warning regarding this inconvenience nor on the website homepage neither on the main entrance door to the SPA. When i've warned the reception regarding all these issues and i had to ask for my found to be refund, leave the place and search for other accommodation. It's a big shame and lack of respect for all the customers which are visiting these surroundings.

The resort is really nice, also the hotels, at least hotel bucegi. Room was clean and comfy, spacious. Bathroom was ok. I didn’t like the bathtub. I prefer shower instead of bathtub, but these is subjective. Breakfast was ok-ish. Not to many choices, but after all, it’s not a fancy place.
