    The worst hotel I ever stayed!

    The hotel is next to the Maritza river and the city center. The hotel staff is extremely unfriendly and rude won't even make change so I can give a tip to the doorman. The receptionist did answered me very rudely! The rooms ware clean but...More

    The worst hotel in the world

    When u enter to hotel it's giving good impression and u feel relax , every floor have different color . The service so bad in reception she was very rude with us and the room servant too I slept until 9.00 am she didn't nuked...More

    Hotel on Maritza River

    Hotel had great qualities. Rooms were nice. Served complimentary breakfast. Near city center for good shoppers and restaurants. Cons: rooms very dusty as they had not been thoroughly cleaned. Spiders in restroom. Check-in and Checkout very easy and employees for cordial.
