Stayed there for New Years Eve. The Hotel was full and busy, but nevertheless the staff did their job quite well. Breakfast was diverse, fresh and the buffet was always full despite the many people. The rooms were clean and renovated. The only disappointment was the Spa Center which was small and dirty and the dropping internet connection. The Hotel...

If you are staying in Plovdiv this is the best bed you can sleep on. Inside is very clean and the staff is kind and do their job. Inside there is a nice restaurant with great food where you can orther some of the best meals in Bulgaria.

Stayed here for an overnight stop on a tour and liked it. It is a big hotel with roomy public areas and professional staff. Our room was very nice - recently done out, I think. It had a kettle in the room which is always welcome. The bed was comfortable so we had a good night. The staff we saw...

You don't feel like you're in Plovdiv anymore once you set foot in this ultra modern and very international hotel. Amenities are great, rooms are large and confortable. There are a number of stores attached to the hotel (great for shopping without having to leave the premises). The choices offered at breakfast were the widest I have ever seen in...

Not a bad hotel, but it has steps everwhere. To get to/from the hotel lobbly/reception, to get to/from the elevator that goes to the room floors, to get to/from the restaurant, and to get to/from the gym all require climbing some number of stairs, and not all have hand railings. In 1906 when the hotel was build, it no doubt...

My room was from the old ones where you could not move the shower and it was spreading water all over the bathroom. Impossible to take out...
