Most staff are kind, helpful and do a Great job! BUT, Beware of the NASTY self-centered tall mean front desk clerk! She will do everything possible to destroy your experience. Quite a shame as the other three clerks are Awesome!! She absolutely ruined our stay with her arrogance and 'screw you' attitude! We have stayed here 5 or 6 times... More

Hotel is far away from train station. However city centre is about 10 min by foot and there is a supermarket nearby. Receptionist helpful and friendly, only you speak english or russian to her, most likely she will answer in ukrainian. Thank god my friend speaks and understands russian quite well, so after double and triple checking you finally get... More

Small comfortable hotel in the center of Lviv city with only 10 rooms decorated in ancient European style. It is located in refurbished 3-floor building in one of the old Lviv yards near Lviv Opera. The hotel is quiet and suitable for families stay and all those who like a comfort at a fair price.

With okeyish facilities and location, hotel offers overall awful stay experience. It is too noisy and loud to get rest - doorbells ring and receptionists talk non-stop at all times, day and night, which can be heard in all rooms as there is no sound isolation whatsoever. Be prepared to also hear all the talks of the guests from neighboring... More

The rooms are small, fine for 2 people though. The trouble is zero sound-proofing - you hear everything your neighbours are doing and you hope and pray they won't stay up late. The staff is smiley, speaking a wee bit English. Breakfast decent, 3 options to choose from. The entrance to the hotel is situated in the backyard behind a... More

Budget hotel close to the centre. Room was small but clean. No air conn or lift. Breakfast was late and not very good, and no one spoke english or seemed to care much about their customers. Lviv is a fascinating city though, full of life and history with great restaurants and quirky bars and a beautiful opera house. Much better... More

Spent two nights here. It was OK - rooms very small, no air con, but a free standing fan. No lift available. Breakfast was served much later than advertised and we were ignored by the waiters in favour of locals for half an hour. Very little English was spoken. They do have a good lock up room for luggage after... More

This hotel is for those who like accommodation in small hotels in downtown areas of the old European cities. It has a nice combination of the location in the old town and newly renovated building with the basic necessities for travelers. The hotel is clean, the furniture is new, beds are comfortable enough for the sound sleeping for a few... More

The hotel looks nice, and has very good location close to the downtown. However, the rooms are quite small (there were 3 of us), if one person walks, other two have to sit down. Also, the walls are very thin and if you have neighbours, you will hear them. We were lucky that our neighbours didn't stay awake for too... More

We spend a few days in this nice hotel, which is located in a block of flats. The entrance is in a court between the houses. The gate is always close, you have to ring if you want to enter. The hotel is located near to the theatre of opera and ballet (about 3 minutes walk) so you don't need... More
