Stayed here for 3 nights recently, what can I say from the moment we arrived till the day we left we were treated with the utmost courtesy by all the staff. A beautiful hotel and breakfast superb, had dinner in restaurant which was delicious. Room we had was top class and serviced to perfection, with a balcony with sea view....

This hotel is beautiful, with attractive dark wood doors and furniture, the first hotel we have stayed yet that has been traditional in style, but the rooms have every modern amenity, with a superb shower. Staff were very friendly and an excellent breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. The location is slightly out of the centre of Zadar...

I found this hotel through Frommers. What a find!!!!!! Friendly and helpful doesn't even begin to describe this family run hotel. Erica on reception was our first encounter with staff and it continued from there. A wonderful place to stay. Can't say enough good kind things about this hotel. Just book it!

We spent a week at the Hotel Niko and would highly recommend. Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly welcoming staff and top rate restaurant. Although it is not in the centre of Zadar there is a good bus service if you don't fancy the walk! Lots of good local restaurants and bars too if you don't want to eat in the hotel...

Very unique ocean front hotel, family owner for 3 generations. The whole place is very elegant, a real surprise after the hotels we have be to during our trip. The service was off the charts, reserved lounges on the beach and the front desk lady insisted on setting them up for us. Everyone there is family and they work extra...

From the moment of our arrival and greeted by the charming Dijana we knew we had found something special. Minutes after our arrival a bottle of bubbly was delivered to our door with a very special birthday note. My birthday was 3 days earlier but the caring staff of Niko had made sure they didn't forget. The standard of our...

Excellent all around, with staff very helpful. Bright, airy, well-maintained, across the road from a local beach, and a 3 minute walk from "Bamboo" Bar, a great place to watch the sunset. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet (included in most room rates) is superlative, well beyond the typical breakfast at similar Croatian hotels in both quality and diversity, with a...

A traditional style hotel with great decor, great service and location. The beach - pebbles as usual in Croatia - is just across the road so we popped over for a swim before enjoying the buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a cheeky glass of champagne as it was there! It's a ten minute bus ride into the...

The Hotel Niko is up the beach from the old town, but a five minute walk takes you to the stop where you can catch the little "train" that takes you to the pedestrian bridge. The hotel check-in process is quick and easy. Like many of the hotels on this trip, they still use large keys rather than electronic entry,...

We stayed in Hotel Niko for our last night in Zadar and I couldn't recommend it more. The staff there were lovely and the hotel was right beside the beach. The hotel provided sun loungers and beach towels to guests and a staff member was always to hand to help set them up. The hotel is located a bit outside...
