My wife and I took advantage of a discounted weekend package at this specific location and we were pleasently surprised. It was a family oriented hotel and thus appropriately overcrowded at the indoor pool till it was meal time at the retaurant. At which time, it was a very pleasent time to be at the pool. The additional charge for access to the fitness room was a bit of a shocker, thus avoided. The decor regarding the rooms and the landscaping was superb. The great variety of food on offer in the restaurant was unbelievable, but average in taste and lacked the capacity to handle the number of residents for things such as fried or scrambled eggs in the morning; a task easily managed if attempting to be more than a upscale provider. A place to be avoided during the high season, as overcrowding of this otherwise great facility, would degrade what could be a great experience! Not as an after thought, by any means, the staff at this facility was by far, the most delightful and helpful of any we ever experienced!! Will we go again? Yes, we will!

We stayed in hotel during strange corona times in june/july 2020. Hotel was recommended to me by its regular guest in one travel forum. I was pretty surprised by high level of its service. First of all we could use hotel properties and service from 10 30 in the morning. We used spa area to lock our staff as our room was ready at 1p.m ( another nice surprise because in conditions is chceck in at 3 p.m ). We had suite room it was large enough, 2 rooms with tvs, balcony, big bathroom and realy good and spacious wardrobe area. Mimi bar is daily refilled with soft drinks. We have small kids and I liked clean and empty halls and corridors where they coul run and play. Food was realy tasty and good choice. Bartenders , housekeepers work hard and are very polite. If I can recommend something to improve hotel high level of service it would be to stop glass using around pool. Many guests ( my son also) breakthe glass and not everyone clean after himself. Bartenders are too busy to notice every incident and it is dangerouos for people walking around. We would definitely come back. We travel only AI for almost 20 years and compared to other countries and hotels this was very nice experience. Good job.

Spent a week with my son at this Hotel. All what kids want, pools, water slide, soccer camp, tennis, volleyball and various other activities. Therefore noisy place!
Antonella from the spa team did great massages and facial treatments, highly recommended!
There is a counter for booking all sorts of other trips and would recommend renting a private boat tour to the various islands.
Be careful when arriving at the airport’s cab/taxi point as a bunch of guys will try to rip you off by offering a ride to the hotel for a ridiculously high amount! They started offering at a 700 kuna/100 euro price point. I sent them off and managed finally to get the ride for 30 euro.

We got accommodation in refurbished rooms and that was the first big plus of our weekend stay at this hotel.
The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The room seemed small at first glance, but we quickly realized it had plenty of space for our luggage and clothes in the closet. Thick curtains on the terrace door made the room completely dark, so sleeping was very comfortable. The terrace was also spacious. We had a view of the parking lot but it did not diminish our experience. For breakfast and dinner we were greeted by a buffet of various dishes and desserts. The variety of food was excellent so we had a hard time choosing just one or two dishes. We paid extra for lunch, so we had the option to choose one of the three dishes on the menu (with soup and dessert). The most interesting experience was swimming in the outdoor pool in Winter, while there were people walking in the hotel park all bundled up in their warm clothes. You can get to the outside pool via the indoor one. The sauna and outdoor jacuzzi are also something you must try, if you have never used them before. After the sauna, it is recommended to go through the cold channel and then to the jacuzzi. This hotel is very much worth the visit. The staff is extremely kind, very accommodating and easily explains everything you are unsure of. You will really feel much better, and happier and more satisfied after just a few days spent here. I sincerely recommend staying at this hotel! When entering the sauna, people do not always follow the rules. They enter the sauna in slippers and bathing suits. This is not hotel staffs' fault, rather those who are not educated / familiar with the rules, but it would be ideal if the hotel staff could refer them to the rule regarding not wearing a bathing suit because it contains bacteria that multiply in the heat.

We spent 10 days there in June 2021 with family just after the school break started. Overall the hotel is on a very nice location, beach is sandy, the pool area is big with lots of sunbeds around them and in the garden. As the timing was still early after the Covid lockdown, the hotel was not yet full, but started to be packed later on. It was very obvious, that management/ownership did not plan accordingly with the staffing. Compared to the size of the hotel, it was seriously understaffed. There were many occurrences of long ques on the reception with 1 lady in charge, or noone in the spa entrance to give out towels etc. The people in the bar were super hard working and nice, and only thanks to their approach the service was up and running. On top of this, hotel was lacking proper maintenance, meaning tiles falling off in the pool, elevator not working, airco issues, shower door not closing etc. It was obvious that there was serious cost cutting or lack of attention to detail.
Food variety was great at breakfast and dinner, also the quality was very good. The all inclusive snacks and drinks were average, but there was always something to grab.
Overall it was a great holiday just after the lockdown. If the hotel fixes these flaws, I believe it will be a fantastic place to stay especially with kids.

This hotel did not disappoint at all. The food was great and PLENTY of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Different options provided every day (staying there 10 days this was really important for us). The buffet was still fully operational just with a difference in that the staff would serve you from behind a screen. The choices for all inclusive drinks were brilliant, a great range of cocktails, prosecco and various local spirits. The staff were all super friendly in the restaurant and bar. Most days of our stay were fairly quiet due to nearing end of season. Some days got busier over the weekends, but this was never a problem in fact it only made it better as it opened up more choice for the buffet, I think it may have had one station closed due to lower number of guests, but again this wasn't an issue as there was still so much choice. We visited the spa daily and it was totally relaxing, (due to lower number of guests I imagine). We spent a lot of time in the relaxation/spa tea lounge, perfect for laying and reading. I had 2 treatments while there (massage and a face/head massage), both were fabulous. The bedroom was lovely and clean and spacious, comfortable bed, I think we stayed in a family comfort sea side room (though there was only 2 of us), the view was incredible. We took out the bikes a couple of days and rode to Diklo and Zadar old town. Things to potentially improve I would suggest using plastic glasses more around the pool area, or a more thorough check by each area as we noticed there was some broken glass under the sun lounger which was there a couple of days, it may well be checked more often when busy though. Overall we had a fantastic stay, 4 days after being home and we have already booked for another 10 nights in May 2021, we can't wait!

I didn’t really know what to expect from this resort. I booked 2 nights at the last minute for a group of 10 (ages from 5 - 60). I was really happy as soon as I arrived. The main building and reception were very beautiful and our room was great. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. We were in the new building. The rooms in the old building looked slightly dated and unattractive though I have to say. The indoor pool was wonderful. We used it several times during our stay. I can’t comment on the outdoor pools as it was too cold to swim outside. The spa staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet restaurant was nice and the food was very varied and plentiful. My only comment would be that the food always seemed to be the same. Some change of theme over the days would have been nice. The pool bar was good and it was nice to grab a cocktail before dinner. The kids loved the indoor soft play which is open late into the evening. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would love to visit again!

We are a family of 3 and we had a great holiday in this hotel, Food was excellent! Many choice every day, we had lot of fresh seafood shrimp, fish, calamary, bbq pork ribs, stuffed chiken, roasted lamb and many more! The wellness was fantastic! We got a massage (deep tissue massage) and our massure was very professional and good! She really worked hard on those muscles. And Lady at the spa reception from Australia was the star of the wellness & Spa area suuuper sweet and friendly, because of her I am giving my 5 stars to this hotel 😉 Very nice children playground indoor and outdoor. The reception guys were friendly and helpful all the time, the room were clean every day and mini bar was refill every day with beverage like cola, water and juice from the all inclusive. Overall it was a great experience, the hotel has everything for kids and adults. We will definitely come back next summer!

Was here for 4 days with my family. This hotel has a very nice refurnished rooms and it is all inclusive so you can really enjoy all meals, snack and drinks. There is nice kids beach right in front and also a pool area. Falky classical animation during day and in the evening is a dream come true for every kid. Marina is also close in walking distance and I would like to come here again soon.

We stayed a week at the end of August and are intending to go back next year (avoiding school holidays this time) as the location is fantastic for exploring the area and we loved the hotel. Good points - great pool and bar area. Food - loads of choice even for a fussy eater! Snacks area provided good choice if required. Rooms - very nice and comfortable with bathrobes and slippers. We arrived at 01:30 and the hotel provided us with a cold meal in our room in case we were hungry which was a lovely touch. There is a mini fridge which, if AI, is filled with water, coke and orange each day. Great choice of drinks with AI - although as per most of Europe it is their own brand cola which isn’t all that nice! Good children’s club - we saw them doing numerous activities. Little beach with shallow water which was warm - point to note, take water shoes as it is very stony in the water. Points for improvement - everyone ignored the beach towel on sunlounger policy so we sat in the bar area every day instead; hotel needs a policy that under 2’s wear a nappy in/around the pool area - not pleasant watching a child take a dump by the pool, or in the reception area! Air con in our room was not very good; evening entertainment was hit and miss; reception could do with holding a map of Zadar (we got one from Tourist information in the old town); bar staff/cleaners need to be more vigilant as there was a lot of broken glass in the bar area; needs lighting at night in bar area - totally dark so couldn’t even play cards; bar staff to be better trained on how to work a bar - don’t just serve the person in front of you and ignore those around who have been waiting longer.
