We went there for a wedding. The bride and groom where nice enough to reserve us stay at this hotel. When we came there the hotel staff told us there are no available rooms with air conditioning since they are not working in some rooms. Since it was 37.C that was not really nice, and our friends did pay for...

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We were the only guests staying in this fairly big hotel, the staff left at 5pm telling us they would return in the morning. After our evening meal we returned to the empty hotel to find it crawling with cockroaches, we had to leave at 1am to find somewhere clean to stay. My husband...

Albin2Zadar, Receptionist at Albin Dva, responded to this review

We are really sorry to hear this. Our staff if not available will give each guest a key for the front door. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 every morning. Cockroaches are very unusual bugs in croatia, specially in clean buildings. Every room is cleaned and checked by our new housekeeping department. We hope you were able to find a...

In short - probably the worst hotel i have ever visited. This place should have half a star, not three. In few words - the place is generally not so clean, rooms are full of mosquitoes and breakfast is awful, almost non-existent.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, All of our rooms are air conditioned, at the reception you can request for a antimosquito lamp trap if available, if not we also have several raid electric protectors, and the convenience store is near by if any refilles or skin repellent are needed. Our new housekeeping department checks and cleans every room before...

It is not hotel first of all. It more like a cheap hostel. I would not recommend staying here unless you are really desperate, which might happen to you, if you like me and my friends are booking accomodation only week in advance :) Rooms were not cleaned properly and no one came to clean the day after, to make...

We booked the Albin 2 as a group, fairly last minute - hence at the time, relatively, the 80 Euro per room, per night seemed OK - as Zadar was in peak season. The pictures of the hotel do tend to give an impression of a hotel, whereas actually, its more like a hostel for its facilities. Whilst the rooms...

We only stayed one night in a double room. The beds were very low and the pillows completely flat. The previous persons shampoo was still in the shower room. Only one channel on TV, shower was cold in the morning, so we complained and was told that there was a problem!!! Breakfast was watered down orange juice, some cheap ham,...

Service is good, the staff is alert to your questions and needs. The room is small but clean, the big windows make them bright and airy. Bathroom is fresh, the building is just 2 -3 years old. The location is in a calm residential area, walking distanc to Zadar center is about 30-40 minutes. There is a bus stop 200...

The hotel looks preety decent from the outside but don't let that fool you. We were just passing by and slept there for one night. The mistake we made was that we paid in advance because everything looked nice. Our room was very small, carpet and the sheets were dirty and hotel towels were soft as sandpaper. TV, 15 years...

Came to this hotel after reservaing a place at the adjacent Pension Albin, but found the place empty upon arrival. The place had merely any signs of life when we arrived. Rooms okay, but the bathrooms weren't particularly clean and their sheets were just filthy. There wasn't even a phone in my room! Breakfast was miserable, with some very not...

This hotel was our last stop on a lovely trip to Croatia and it ended our trip on terrible note. My daughters and myself woke up covered in bed bug bites. My daughters each had 40+ bites all over them. My husband was less affected. I've never experienced anything like this before and in the future will examine the bed,...
