Great for walkers

We stayed in august for one night. Perfect location from City centre - walking distance 3 minutes. Clear instructions on how to get into room as no staff on duty. 4 lovely rooms in a building which was very hidden from outside . Would highly recommend

Wir hatten ein modernes geräumiges Studio, sogar mit Küchenzeile, die wir allerdings bei einer Übernachtung nicht genutzt haben. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die Altstadt und die Meeresbucht, in der viele Motorsegler und Yachten sowie Sportboote lagen. Die Lage des Gebäudes selbst, ist ideal, da es direkt an der Fußgängerbrücke zur Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bäckereien, Cafés etc. liegt. Da die Unterkunft halb privat angeboten wurde, mussten wir allerdings erst anrufen, damit Daniel, der Angestellte der Vermietungsorganisation uns aufmachte und einwies. Er war jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und versorgte uns mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Cafés. Toll war, dass wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt im Hinterhof bekommen konnten. Das Haus selbst ist an der Eingangsseite und auch im Treppenhaus südländisch heruntergekommen, so dass wir erst mal einen Schreck bekommen hatten, was wir da wohl gebucht hatten, um so mehr haben wir uns über den Topzustand des Studios mit freiem WLAN gefreut. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme gibt es nicht, aber das ist im Urlaub unwesentlich. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Unterkunft jedoch sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem, da sie im Gegensatz zur eigentlichen Altstadt sehr ruhig ist.

Great location and lovely accomodation in beautiful Zadar Very clean and well equipped Easy to get the key, didn’t meet staff but that wasn’t a problem The views over the water were just stunning Thoroughly recommended and would return if visiting Zadar

La camera non è niente di eccezionale, anche se viene presentata come lussuosa. Io l'ho trovata un po' impolverata e più piccola del previsto. In compenso la vista dalla camera sulla città antica è molto bella e romantica.

Vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Alles over Zadar werd verteld en naar ons geappt. Bakker, supermarkt en de oude stad op loopafstand. En een super appartement.
Tip: zet de auto in de steegjes. Daar is het gratis parkeren. En niet aan de kant van het water.

Alojamento bem localizado sem nada a apontar. O proprietário é muito simpático tendo, inclusivamente, indicado um local para estacionar que não fosse sujeito a pagamento. Quarto grande, limpo, com todas as condições. Bem localizado.

Huge room, great new bed and bathroom. Perfect morning view on old city walls of Zadar. Walking distance from city centre, but not to close to be to loud during night life. Staff was quick and simple.

Ce studio a été rénové dans un immeuble type hlm. Certes il est bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville mais l'immeuble n' est vraiment pas attirant. Pour 107€ petit déjeuner non compris nous avions vue sur un parking sordide. Certes c'était un choix de ne pas avoir vue sur la mer mais 107€ quand même ! L'emplacement ne justifie pas un prix aussi élevé Je déconseille

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and easy to arrive by car. Room was very clean and had all amenities needed. We forgot some clothes in the room and they sent them to us afterwards. Thanks Daniel!
