I choose the hotel based on availability and price, on a late change of plans. The receptionist was wery helpful, the room in accordance with the expectation. Breakfast was fair, and the serving kind. The problematic part was the cleaning of the room, as I found out, the cleaning"lady" did barely show up in the last 10 days. In any... More

I agree with a previous poster in saying that some of these reviews have been unfairly negative; this is a 2-star hotel and so should be assessed accordingly. I stayed at Hotel Omir for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms are basic and feel somewhat dated, but do the job perfectly (comfortable bed, clean bathroom, two fans... More

spent one night at this hotel and forgot my passport at reception desk. They told me they would send it home for me, but after three weeks waiting and insisting they haven't sent it yet and what's worse, no reply to my complains. Regarding the room, the tv didn't work, no air-conditioning, no lift.

This is the worst hotel experience I've had in Europe! We stayed in a dingy room in a dreary hotel. Had we not arrived at 8pm, we wouldn't have stayed at all. No omelette in the world could make up for this place. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, sheet was clean and had only one hole. The lighting was bad,... More

it seems all the accommodation in Pula is expensive, with that in mind, the Omir seems like a reasonable option. It's perfectly located just 2 minutes walk from the old town and nightlife. My room was clean, bright and had an excellent bed and decent sized bathroom. The breakfast is very good for a 2 star - some bread, ham,... More

Town center is really close by. Pedestrian zone, shops, touristic attractions - just a foot walk of few minutes. Everything is clean. Hygenic conditions very good. The service is friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in the breakfast room. WiFi is free, fast and reliable. Our room was very small. You won't like to be in there for a whole... More

on top of everything else. Much too expensive for what you get, dingy room, half working facilities, tv from the 80s, bit nasty all in all. If it was 20e a night I wouldn't mind, but it's nearly 70. Rubbish. Avoid.

Stayed 1 night before catching a morning ferry to Venice. This hotel is in a central location so it is close to the ferry terminal and tourist sights - the ampitheatre is close by. To start this hotel is a little difficult to locate - it is in a side street near a carpark. I had relatives who live in... More

I think this hotel has unfair reviews. I stayed here one night in August 2014 and found the room to be simple, clean and quiet (top floor). It's a simple family run hotel, so there are none of the luxuries one might find at a big chain. But it's close to the centre, and not too expensive. Breakfast was simple,... More

We had an early morning flight and stopped over in Pula for the night. This was not our first choice of hotel but as we had been 'double booked' round the corner we were relocated to Omir which has the same owner. Basic but clean rooms with comfortable double bed , very good breakfast set in an interesting dining room.... More
