I don't understand all the negative reviews. Anchi was one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. I learnt so much about Dubrovnik through my long conversations with her, and she helped me with so many things (even with washing and drying my laundry!) The apartment was lovely, and it was easy to meet fellow travellers. It is also...

This place isn't great. The information they provide is a little bit misleading. They quote having air con and a kitchen however the ac is only in the common rooms meaning the dorms are almost unbearable. Only around 20% of the kitchen facilities actually worked. There is also only one bathroom for approximately 14 people which only had toilet paper...

When booking this hostel, the reviews were pretty good online. However, when we arrived we waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to check us in. When we finally checked in, we chose to pay the full amount upfront for our 3 day stay. BIG mistake. We got a garden room on the ground level. It was an absolute dump. They...

This was the worst place I’ve never stayed in my life! My friends and I had been traveling through Europe for seven weeks by this point, needless to say that we’ve stayed in an assortment of places. The office is not staffed forcing you to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the apartment upstairs. We were met with a...

After reading reviews on here, we were expecting a simple, cheap experience, but one that was pretty decent. Frustratingly, we really didn't get it, and that was down to inaccurate claims the hostel made. They claim in their description to have parking. They don't; the parking available is generic roadside parking on the busy main road in front of the...

First of all this is my first review. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one. The hostel was nice, it was clean it had at least two kitchens so everyone can cook and enough bathrooms but what I really want to highlight is the people. The woman there was so nice and his sons two.

Anchi was lovely. The room was ok. location is perfect for me. Reasonable price. Not bad if you're in budget. I was there only for one night. So I think, and the guesthouse was a bit full. But overall I had no problem. But you have to check where Anchi will be when you arrive.

The owner Anna and her son Joe gave us the absolute best experience. We messed up the dates we were suppose to stay but they tried their hardest to accommodate us otherwise. Super sweet and willing to give us anything we needed. Thank you so much for our stay that we'll never forget in beautiful Dubrovnik!

Anchi was such a wonderful host . Made you feel so welcome . Had a great stay at her hostel . Had a great balcony and patio with grape vines growing over . A really good location for getting around . If you like a walk to the old town it's not far or bus two minutes away . Konzum...

Stayed here with 2 friends whilst travelling croatia. Anchi is a lovely woman and works very hard to keep her home clean for all her guests. She is very welcoming and always around if you have a question to ask. Some of the facilities are a bit outdated - e.g. poor working oven and hob, however everything is fully equipped...

“Look for a parking space on Obala Ivana Pavla II 23 street (the street where the hostel is) or in the supermarket (Konzum) car park.”
