We couldn't have been happier with Villa Iveta, just a 5 minute walk from the Old Town. Our room was very large with a kitchenette and had a large terrace overlooking Dubrovnik. The property is charming, with a tortoise in the garden and trees and flowers dotting the landscape. The manager gave us lots of good advice the first day,...

We stayed here one night. The location is super quiet and not far from the old town. You need about five minutes to the town gates. The garden is very quaint and beautifully done. The style is rather old fashioned but pleasant. The house keeper was super friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

We only stopped in Dubrovnik for one night before moving on and both wish we'd started longer - to have more time to soak up the wonderful Old Town but also because this accommodation was so lovely. We pre-booked on-line and got clear and helpful instructions on how to reach the villa. There are a lot of steps up/down to...

TO GET to Villa Iveta: Have your taxi take you to the parking lot right IN FRONT of the entrance to the old city. It is directly in front of the Pile Gate and cafe Posat. And then you will have to walk up the steps. There is no way without steps. Pros: Large, spacious and clean rooms. A literal...

We stayed here for a week and the location is spot on. Only a few mins walk and you're in the old town Main Street. The flat is quiet, private with everything you need albeit a bit dated. The kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom is all a bit 3* and old but everything works okay and for the location, it's...

We stayed here for one night to explore the old city. The location was ideal, the room (ground floor) was convenient, clean and had all the necessary amenities, with particular attention to detail. Our host was very friendly and also gave us some handy advice before we set out. The villa itself is breathtaking! You definitely don't need anything else...

Nothing to compare with the photos appearing in any social media including Tripadvisor. And the person "in charge", without any customer care touch, refused to assist us just telling that was fault of the travel agent (explained twice that was booked online independently).

The Villa Iveta is just a two minute walk from the Old Town's Pile gate, and can be found in one of the charming narrow streets which lead away from the city walls. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, both grand and unpretentious, and is situated within a pretty flowery garden. Also there is a large terrace which has beautiful...

Lovely welcome from Martina. Very impressed by the villa. It stays true to a grand building that has a charm in a traditional fashion. Our room was downstairs but had access to a sun terrrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The room was clean, you could even smell the cleaning products when you entered! Great location, walking distance...

Martina is very nice and will help you with anything. Send her an email to ask for bathing towels and 1 minute later she knocks on your door. Room #1 has an amazing view, is large (1x double bed, 1x single bed, table+chairs, small (sleep)couch) and has a good bathroom. Outside there is a terrace (unfortunately no breakfast served, that...
