I fell in love with the design of this hotel!! It is a cozy hotel in the almost center of Dubrovnik Old Town. The Owner Nikolina is an elegant madam with bright smile. When I booked this hotel, she gave me warm welcome e-mail with detailed direction to the hotel. Although we came 1 hour late because of the bus delay,...

Dubrovnik quickly became one of my favorite travel spots during my European trip...and a lot of it has to do with how nice Villa Sigurata and Nikolina were once I arrived into town. Not only is the location spot on: right in the heart of the city center, within the city walls. It is clean and quiet and very safe....

We were fortunate enough to find this beautiful boutique hotel for our two night stay in Dubrovnik. We arrived at 10:30 PM and were met at the airport by Nikolina's husband. If you are staying in Dubrovnik, you have to stay in the within the old city walls. It is magical, enchanting and romantic. The hotel is set far enough...

What a great pick!!!! We stayed 4 days at The Villa Sigurata and it turned out to be just perfect for us. The location is just a short walk from the center of Old Town and away from the crowds and busy activity that the center of Old Town has. I can't say enough of the hospitality and friendly atmosphere...

We stayed in both villas in the old town, in three different rooms and they were all quiet, comfortable, clean and very well located. Nikolina was particularly helpful and patient with us when we needed to stay an extra night and then accidentally put the room key in the wrong letter box. Highly recommended.

Its such a shame there are so many positives for this room but it was really let down by some fundamental flaws. We stayed in room 8 which was right at the top of this accommodation unfortunately the roof is sloped meaning that there is very limited headroom! I bumped my head a couple of times and I am not...

This charming homestay is located directly in the heart of the Old Town behind the Cathedral. It is away from the hustle & bustle & the crowds on a quiet side street. The room, though small, is attractive, clean & well equipped. The owner, Nikolina, was very welcoming & offered very good suggestions on things to do, where to visit...

We used the airport pick up service and this was very handy. We were met at the gates of old town by Nikolina and taken to our apartment. Very hospitable. Great location inside the city walls. Immaculate room, very well equipped, close to the main place, with a very friendly, accommodating and helpful owner. I would certainly stay here again...

When looking at hotels in Dubrovnik, you may want to consider whether you want to stay inside the city walls or out. For those of us who love the ambience and convenience of staying in the old town, the Villa Sigurata is a great choice. Not only is it reasonably priced (we paid $57 in April), it's also located in...

Stayed here 3 nights in May 2015. Great location in Old Town, gorgeous interior and spotlessly clean. Manager is extremely friendly and helpful. There is no need to climb steps to get to the hotel entrance. We discovered many of the Old Town Hotels had very steep climbs to get to the main door.
