I understand your confusion as it appears to be different on different websites. We stayed here in July and it was great but you will need to haul your luggage up some steps - we were on the second top floor (I think the top is reserved for the owner) and it was a bit of a struggle with the luggage otherwise it was fine. The view was nice. If you have a lower floor - I think it is about 3 - 5 steps.
