Kamara Dubrovnik is rated as a 4* property but it is not. They have a reception with one person who is there only from 8am to 8pm. No one else on the premises. No elevator. And breakfast is at the next door hotel. Now that surely doesn't qualify for the 4*status they advertise?!!

We stayed in the Kamara for 4 nights in a triple sea view room. The hotel is in a quiet area and about a 25 minute walk to Old Town. We were aware of this before our stay so were prepared for the long walks! There is also a bus to Old Town but exact change (currently 15 kuna) is...

This is not a hotel with 24hr service. They have terrible customer service and sewage smelling rooms. Do not stay here. I stayed at the hotel with two friends on the last night of our European trip. We had a very early flight the next morning but the hotel seemed like a good location to explore Dubrovnik the night before....

WARNING: We had an awful stay at this hotel. We checked in around 4pm and rested for a bit before heading out to explore Old Town. When we returned to our room around 10pm, there was an awful septic smell to the room. The bathroom was emitting some type of smell that didn't seem healthy or normal. When we tried...

Stayed here for two nights. Nice little hotel, room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was too windy to sit on the balcony but it was nice to see the sea in the distance. It's an easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town, there are also several restaurants even closer if you don't want...

We enjoyed our stay in Kamara Dubrovnik, the hotel is very close to bus station to town, staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean with fantastic sea view, great pic for family with children who prefers some space and want to stay out of the old city and visit as needed.

My mother and I stayed in Kamara Dubrovnik for a few days in April- we loved everything about it. Location- it is set pretty much in the ideal location- Lapad bay and Old town are easily accessible by foot in either direction, and the hotel itself is just next to the local four star (Hotel Lero) which is a landmark...

We really appreciated and enjoyed four nights at Kamara at the end of a three week vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was good size. We enjoyed evenings on the large balcony with sea view. Breakfast at Hotel Lero, next door, had a large, delicious variety of food....

Small but decent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Its just over a mile to the old town which we walked every day but there is a bus stop opposite. No breakfast available but we had breakfast in Hotel Lero next door which was excellent and added to our bill at the end of our stay, 7-50 euros each...

Clean, well arranged room, but rather small and quite far away form most tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Good and rich breakfast, served at a different hotel in the close vicinity of Kamara. Overall good experience.
