This handsome annex to Hotel Vestibul rightly deserves its high rating. Ideally situated in the Diocletian Palace, but set off in a tranquil square away from the crowds, it is both charming and peaceful. The bath and rooms are modern and pristine with luxury bath essentials, quality bed linens and flat screen TV(s). The lovely little entry landing connects a...

We found it a bit difficult to find but once we did it was everything we expected of a luxury hotel. There are only 7 rooms so if you decide to choose the hotel make sure you give yourself plenty of lead time as they are in demand. Rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. Staff were always smiling and helpful....

My wife, sister-in-law & myself spent 3 nights at the hotel from the 3/10/2012 to 6/10/2012. We have travelled extensively over a number of years & rate the quality & professionalism of the staff the best we have ever experienced. I would single out Branimir & Marianna amongst a wonderful team

The location and overall ranking of this hotel is what made us choose to stay here for our 1-night in Split. I did appreciation it's location right in the heart of the Diocletian's Palace so it was an easy walk everywhere and close to the action, yet tucked away a bit for privacy. We stayed in a double room which...

We stayed in the Villa Dobric which is separate to the main hotel and a short distance away but still within the Palace area so close to everything there. It has 4 rooms which are fairly small but with all the essentials. Breakfast is fairly simple but they provide proper coffee from the local cafe. The strengths of the Villa...

Our 7 nights here were some of the most enjoyable we have ever spent at a small city hotel. The location is perfect, within Diocletian's Palace, and only a few steps from the ferries to the islands. Our room was not large, but had a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, and excellent free wireless internet. The buffet breakfast was excellent...

it's an expensive place to stay but one knows that at booking , the hotel and it's staff therefore have to perform to justify the expense - they do :-) The location cannot be beaten , the room is lovely and functional , I communicated with the hotel prior to arrival bad requested a kettle in my room - why...

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights in the Villa Dobric annexe of the Hotel Vestibul Palace. When visiting Split you could not ask for a better location as the hotel is within the walls of the Old Town meaning that you are right in the centre of everything you want to see and do. Although the room was small...

Location, location, location …. It doesn’t get any better than this in Split. Vestibul Palace is inside Diocletian’s Palace and you are literally steps away from seeing great sights. There is also an a cappella signing group very near to the hotel, so if you sit at a table outside the front of the hotel you can hear them singing...

Full disclosure...we stayed in the Villa Dobric (the hotel annex a few hundred meters away) and the Vestibul Place the other night. However, I would recommend both locations. We had read the review on tripadvisor that made it seems like the Villa Dobric was for second class citizens compared to the Vestibul Palace and that worried us since the room...
