Our family really enjoyed our stay in rooms 4 and 5. Both rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed including basic breakfast provisions. The terrace off room 4 is a great spot to relax and enjoy a cold drink. The location of Zephyrus is perfect being within easy walking distance to the waterfront, main attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars. Antonia kindly let us drop off our bags early which was much appreciated and also booked our airport transfer for us. The driver was excellent and met us at the bottom of the little street about two minutes walk from the accommodation. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Property's Favourite Review
We have been here for a week and have a had a thoroughly good holiday. I can't speak highly enough of the accommodation. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean with a fine view out to the sea and the mountains. It comes equipped with all you need - toaster, ironing board, large hadron collider; you name it. The bed is comfortable and storage space for clothes is plentiful. I can't write this review though and not mention Antonia who has been an absolute delight: helpful, friendly, generous - she really made our stay special

We drove from Split airport and with the aid of Google maps and information from Antonia the owner of the accommodation we parked in a public car park about a 5 minute walk away @ £12€ a day. We were so pleased with the accommodation - it was clean, spacious and well equipped with a huge shower and comfy bed. It took 5 mins to walk to the marina and was ideal for the town whilst remaining quiet. Antonia was ace , her knowledge of the area was superb. We stayed in room 5 which was up about 4 flights of stairs but so worth the journey as there was a lovely view. Loved it, thank you! NB she keeps ice downstairs so ask as you won’t find any in the local supermarkets!

I stayed in Zephyrus boutic hotel for a weekend after boating trip and was nicely surprised when checked in to this accommodation. The rooms are perfect, quality built and very tesfully decorated. I am a property renovator and could see that the owners payed particular attention to details - beutuful callacata tiles in the with high range sanitary ware and brassware in the bathroom, comfirtable bed with crisp clean beddings and good mattress, pictues and colours that are pleasing the eyes. And it was immaculately clean, in one word the accommodation reminds 5 star hotel where everything is done for the guests to feel special. However, the highlight is the staff running the Zephyrus. The manager Antonia picks up the phone whenever you contact her, she is very friendly and polite, always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortanle and happy. Overall, I can not recommend enough this boutic hotel, will definitely stay there whenever I return to Split.

Our first floor studio apartment was immaculate. Antonia is a fantastic host who pays attention to detail, is warm and helpful. Zephyr is in a great location for walking into the centre if Split with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Zephyrus as a great place to stay. Thank you Antonia.

Beautiful clean comfortable house. Antonia was very thoughtful and attentive. We had a wonderful stay. The location was very closed to old town. There were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We are right next to the sea. Antonia was very flexible with our schedule. Thank you again

I kind of stumbled on the Zephyrus on a recent visit to Split and cannot say enough good things. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. While the map shows it a little out of the ‘main area’, understand it is less than a 5 min walk to the Reva. I have been to Split several times, and will make sure to always visit the Zephyrus on future trips. Excellent Property!

Just finished a truly wonderful stay at the Zephyrus. It is a beautiful place, well appointed and right where you want to be. The service is outstanding. I felt very welcomed, safe and strongly recommend a stay here when in Split. Enjoy, we certainly did!

This is a lovely place to settle down for a few nights. The courtyard was so cozy, rooms were clean, fridge was stocked with necessities, and Antonia the manager was delightful. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

We made arrangements with the Hotel Rathuus Wein and Design (Vienna) and for 40 euro a taxi took us to the Vienna Airport, which was a 30-minute drive. We took an Austrian Air flight from Vienna to Split, it took about 90 minutes (183 euro or $207.50/ea.). On arrival in Split, we walked out the Arrivals level doors and took an immediate left turn. Just past some large concrete blocks (blocking vehicles from parking near the airport building) was a commercial parking area. There we got on a Croatia Airlines Bus (30 kuna or $4.60/ea.) that took us from the airport to the marina area in old town Split, about 30-minutes. From there we walked about 10 minutes to the Zephyrus Boutique Hotel. The Zephyrus Boutique Hotel ($220.00/night) was the nicest place we stayed during our trip. We stayed on the third level (actually the 4th floor, unlike the US, the ground level floor is 0) of the hundreds of years old building. The room had a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom, all looked brand new. But the best part was an outside sitting area, large enough for 2 chairs and a table. It overlooked the Port of Split and you could sit and watch all the comings and goings of the port. The place had a hot water maker, plates, utensils and a stove/oven, it was all very nice and all very clean. Plus, the owner was nice and extremely helpful. She gave us dinner recommendations and we walked about 5-minutes to Restaurant Sperun (mentioned in Rick Steve book) where we ate extremely good and extremely fresh seafood pasta. Breakfast was not included, but the kitchen refrigerator contained yogurt and milk (left there for us), there was cereal, granola, fruit and ground coffee and coffee maker. As the next day, we met 3 friends who joined us in Split, after one more night, we moved to Lanterna Rooms (about a 3-minute walk from the Zephyrus Boutique Hotel). On to Lanterna Rooms, Split.
