This efficiency studio apartment was really nice. Very clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect. The view of Trogir was perfect. There are a few bars below on the street so the night time chatter was loud but with the window closed it was no problem. There is also a hotel with restaurant right next door that...

Situated along the popular Riva area, this well-appointed apartment looks out to the sea but walk out the door and you are transported back in time. You are surrounded by ruins from Emperor Diocletian's palace. Restaurants, cafes, shops are close at hand. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, modern, with everything a vacation renter would want, including a washer. The...

We were greeted by the lovely Jelena. She took us to our apartment and showed us around. We wanted an apartment as opposed to a room, due to our five night stay. The space was perfect. We made our own breakfasts, good kitchen utilities. The balcony was our favourite, where we enjoyed a local brew, overlooking the water while people...

We stayed Studio Augustea 3 nights (earlier Apartment Tomica ?). The studio is very well located and with nice view from the terrace. The apartment itself is very small and the price & quality is poor.

Really loved the apartment. Perfect location. Best customer service! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience Split for the first time. June is the perfect time in the summer season.

The Apartment is beautiful. Everything you need with a breathtaking view. The promenade is magical, with lots of restaurants and entertainment. Split was definitely the highlight of our trip to europe, and this apartment had a huge part in that. Paula was the best host/property manager we have encountered. She was so kind, extremely helpful, and incredibly understanding when there...

You might be mistaken (as I was) that the access to Riva apartments is right off the Riva, but you would be wrong. It's a fairly complicated route through narrow streets and up and down stairs, (through the Dioclesian Palace) and if Katarina hadn't met us at the car rental drop off with umbrellas in hand, we would have had...

My husband I spent 10 days in Split staying in Tomica studio. This studio has a bedroom, with ample storage space,a bathroom, and a tiny well equipped kitchen. The beauty of this studio is it's terrace, directly from the bedroom which has two sun loungers, a table and two chairs a large parasol and a electric BBQ which we didn't use as...

The location is so very magical. Split is an amazing, fascinating, wonderful mix of ancient and modern, and the apartment straddles both worlds. From the balcony we looked down on the modern, exciting, vibrant waterfront Riva promenade with its al fresco cafes, free musical entertainment, and the endless access to people-watching. Yet, upon leaving the front door of the apartment...

Riva Apartments are simply beautiful! Perfectly located on Riva promenade and part of the historic Diocletians Palace this really is location, location, location. We stayed in the Prisca apartment which was just gorgeous and the view out to the sea was stunning. Late each night we would sit on the balcony and just watch all the buzz and activity on...
