We went there just for brunch. Came here on a quiet Monday morning. Nice place and with 2 other tables occupied the staff were attentive. Food is decent but does not justify the prices they charge.....

We stayed here for 2 nights during our tour of the Dalmatian coast and really enjoyed our stay. We knew from other reviews that it might not be the quietest place to sleep but after a few beers we didn't find the noise to be a problem. Out of season and during mid-week it wasn't very busy anyway but I...

We have stayed in this hostel for a few days during an excursion with 33 people. When entering the hostel, everything looks really fancy, since you have to enter through the bar. The staff was friendly and the hostel really is a "design" hostel. I shared a room with 3 other people. The room had 2 double beds on two...

Had a great stay here during my time in Split. As far as hostels go, this is one of the best I've stayed in. It was a little difficult to find, tucked away, however it is in a great location in Old town. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, which is not always the case for hostels. Would definitely...

Stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids in a triple and quad room, with ensuite. The location is superb - very close to the waterfront and Diocletions Palace. Hostel was very clean with very funky interior decorating. The host was very helpful and the kids lived the bunk beds. Good all round value.

Okay, in the interest of full disclosure...I am not a huge fan of hostels. I have avoided them successfully most of my life until this past week and it definitely was only because I had no say in the matter. That aside, I had hoped that all of my prior biases would turn out to be sheer folly but I'm...

What a great spot to stay. Much more like a hotel than hostel. Great staff, great restaurant. We had the dorm to ourselves which was great!Love the privacy shades in case. Nice location. Id happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Perfect location in the center of the city, acceptable prices for dishes, variety of dishes and food was tasty, but overall service / atmosphere was far away from the minimum level of quality required, to say it in a polite way. Namely, during the having lunch restaurant (and hostel) stuff was "playful": they were talking in high voices, laughing out...

This is a classic case of Design Hostel gone completely wrong. It's design is very average with a terrible choice of colour, a nauseating sulphur yellow. Rooms are poorly planned with a lot of odd corners, but very clean and great bed linen. The common areas were always dumped with odd stuff.

I ate classic burger at the restaurant, ordered classic burger and got a burger with coleslaw (it was not written in the menu), bun was very old and was falling apart, bacon was raw. After i finished my meal, i felt very strange and i had digestive problems. If you're thinking about eating here, do yourself a favor and don't....

So, you decided to check out Croatia this year? Small country in the southeast corner of Europe, with the cleanest sea, thousand islands scattered across the horizon, great sunsets, great food and wine and friendly people everybody was telling you about? So, it is decided. All you need now is a place to stay. Place where you can feel at home, from which you can go up and down the coast as you like and then come back to cool down within thick walls of an ancient Roman city. Why don't you try the second best hostel in the world? Leaning on a thick wall of palace it used to be a warehouse in the 16th century. At some point it's interior space was converted to a shopping mall and that is when we decided to make it into a hostel... ... more   less
