Great location yes, but it's hard to find it. WiFi horrible coneccion to the point we had to step outside the room to make it work. The conditions of the place are very very poor and they don't care. Nave again this place !

I paid for one bed 22€ and when i went to sleep it was broken, and i had to sleep in the terrace. The service was really lamentable. The hostel is very bad and poor. The workers were sleeping for the night and we had waiting for a long time for opening the door.

My cousin and I arrived at hostel Ana at the beginning of our interrailing trip with high hopes for the stay. We were greeted by Antonio, who for the purpose of this review we will refer to as Tony. Tony greeted us at the taxi with minimal cheer and took us upstairs to the hostel reception, where the other "staff"...

Hostel Ana looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years, with rotting floorboards and carpets, and bad smells in both bathrooms and kitchens alike. The reception is in a terrace in a communal area where the staff sleep at night, which is pretty strange but I guess I had no real objections to that. The hostel is family run...

Arrived with a big group, yes they had a booking for us and could accommodate us in large bunked rooms. Bedrooms: good artwork with a film theme. Mattresses have seen better days with springs felt in mine. Linen delivered at 8pm for the beds, still warm and appeared clean. Some rooms had air con others had only fans. Communal area/balcony:...

I don't even know where to start. First upon arrival we were greeted with lack of enthusiasm and given no knowledge about the area or what to do in split (other hostels seem to always do this). We had to ask twice for our bed sheets and towel after having already been there for a while after 9pm. The bedrooms...

Filthy & Unprofessional. This place is really a joke. It also is the staffs, who seem to be a family, local hangout. Advertised as no curfew, yet the communal area is closed at 12 so the 'staff' can sleep in there! Another thing advertised was Wifi, but it only works in the communal area and the closet room (Often cutting...

Despite having lockers we were told we could not use, they did not specify why. We still used one with our lock though. The staff were a bit disappointing (very antisocial and spent all day lying down and eating fast food, meanwhile their wifes cleaned the hostel), but the location makes up for it all, in some way. The prices...

Hostel is close to train station. Beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky and the pillows are uncomfy as well. A small locker is provided but it is not big enough to fit your bag in and a you need to bring your own lock. Showers are very basic as you need to hold the actual shower head. Staff speak little...

Was quite a mission to find this hostel, for anyone looking ia is down a little side alley and up unmarked stairs. You can see the 'hostel ana' graffiti on the first floor but entrance is unmarked. No security and bathrooms could use some work. But it was cheap, relaxed, and super central. Met some very nice travelers there.
