I dont normally write reviews but we had the most amazing time at Cissus Hotel with my family. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, very small so you feel like you have the hotel to yourself. Breakfast is served at place and time of your Choice. Location is great with only a 4 minute walk to the main square. All...

I have been a dedicated customer of the Cissus since 2008 when I discovered it while we were in Antigua with a film crew and I needed a quiet place to get away from everyone at night. I had a lovely room with a great table outside to do my paperwork and the staff were incredible. They brought me a...

What a wonderful, wonderful hotel - amazing staff, fabulous breakfast and one of the nicest rooms we've ever seen. The pictures from the management are an absolutely accurate representation. Not sure what else to say really, except thank you Cissus for a great start to our holiday!

This is an astoundingly beautiful place to stay. Amazing, delicious and well presented breakfast delivered precisely at the designated time. It is expensive by Guatemalan standards but worth it. If you want to impress a loved one, take them here!!!

This hotel is simply gorgeous. Everything from the decor to the staff and the breakfast was wonderful. It's a charming boutique hotel, more akin to a bed & breakfast, with the attentiveness to match and a great location, only a few minutes walk to the heart of Antigua. Really serene atmosphere in an old colonial setting. Simply stunning.

If you're going to Guatemala, Antigua, the old capital, is one place you'll probably want to see. And if you go to Antigua, Cissus Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It's a beautifully restored building with "old world charm", beautiful rooms (only four rooms!) and a great location for exploring the city.

This hotel is small and quaint. It only has 4 rooms which allows the staff to tend to their customers in every way. The breakfast is great and they will serve it to you wherever you want. One day we ate on top of our private terrace, the other day we ate in the patio. Delicious! The staff was extremely...

The Cissus Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Antigua, Guatemala. This was our first trip to this location and we would certainly return to the city as well as to Cissus. When you enter the gate you enter a very beautiful and quiet environment.

We stayed for three nights at Cissus, and we enjoyed our time there. There are only 4 spacious rooms, with a colonial atmosphere, walking distance from the "plaza central". Perfect if you want to have a traditional touch and like quietness when you go back to your hotel. Service was good, not great, and we did not have lunch or...
