I stayed at casa Bella on a trip around Guatemala. And it was by far the best hotel I stayed at in the country. Clean, quiet rooms, and staff willing to do anything to help improve your experience. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across this place by accident and desperately needed somewhere to stay whilst my partner was sick. It is more expensive than what we were used to paying (usually staying in hostals) but perfect at the time due to his illness. To say the staff were friendly and helpful is an understatement. They had a room cleaned and ready for...

We were warmly welcomed from the moment we entered. Anjelica is very kind and helpful. The rooms are quite nice with great decor. If only the bathroom were a little larger. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Stayed only on night at the hotel. The staff was very kind. There isn´t parking, except on the street. The breakfast was good and large. The room has a very nice "Antigua" feel. We enjoyed our stay there. We stayed in the Suite and were very happy. Our other friends stayed in 2 standard rooms. One was directly on the...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Really cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were fantastic, organised airport transfers and also tour to Pacaya Volcano for us. Breakfast of eggs, beans, toast, watermelon, plantains, juice and coffee was perfect start to the day. Great location - mind you Antigua is really easy to walk around so most locations would be good. We had...

Stayed there for four nights in a room for 4 (they call it kings room) and had a very pleasant time! The place is clean, comfortable, the beds are huge, the breakfast is really great (large coffee), the staff is very attentive and friendly. It is very well located. Recommended for sure!

Great little hotel not far from the center of town. Super staff & good breakfasts. Front room on the street was a bit noisy at times, but interior rooms were quiet. We loved the beds & pillows! Couldn't ask for much more.

This is a great little hotel. Clean, comfortable, staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is really quite good but it does get a little tiring - we were here for 5 days most folks only stay in Antigua 2-3 and I think that impacts variety offered for things like breakfasts at any hotel. We were given a larger...

Central location in Antigua, but tucked away behind unassuming doors is this gem. This hotel is quiet and private, perfect for couples looking for an escape. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We love to watch movies, and the staff arranged for a dvd player for our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, the cozy decor and lighting...

We traveled back to Guatemala from a rough trip and late arrival from Honduras. It was a very soft place to land, specifically the beds and pillows were a soft place to land. Love the pillows! The room was very nicely decorated. The shower was big, if not steamy hot. The TV was nice flat screen and had good channels....
