Although it is quite a way out of Antigua, this place is worth a visit. We stayed in a lovely canopy cabin, which clean and spacious with incredible views over Antigua and a nice little porch outside. The main building has great views too, with hammocks and outdoor seating as well as a big fireplace inside. There are lots of...

The hotel will set up a shuttle for you ahead of time, and it is a bit of a walk down a hill to the Earth Lodge. The lack of car traffic keeps it really serene there. We stayed in the treehouse - it is small and basic, but the view is awesome! The people were really friendly, and it...

Stayed here originally on a Sunday night in the dorm (55Q) and was lucky enough to be there for the weekly sunday BBQ with great live music. The place itself is a 20 min shuttle ride away from town which earth lodge arranges. It's between 15q and 50q depending on how many people go. It is so worth the trip...

Myself and two others shared one of the tree house cabins and loved the setting. The view across Antigua and the mountains was one of the most spectacular across the whole of our Central America trips, particularly at sunset and sunrise (it's worth getting up for). The food is really top class however on the expensive side and a real...

Lovely time at Earth Lodge. Do yourself a huge fav and book early enough for a tree house. The Casa del Encino is further down the hill and more forward than the other. Great views. Be prepared for the initial downhill path to the lodge. You gotta come back up! These guys are major with accommodating needs. Booked a shuttle...

What a great place, definitely the best place we have stayed on our travels around Central America. We stayed in the newest tree house overlooking the three volcanos. It was awesome! If the view wasn't enough the tree house itself had panoramic views surrounded by forest with a small terrace with a hammock. Perfection! At night you can also watch...

The earth lodge is an amazing place. The view there is breath taking, and you can swing on a hammock and enjoy it all day long. We had great dinners there in the restaurant. It was served to everyone together, family style. After dinner we moved to the sofas around the fireplace and had a good time with wonderful people....

Wow, what an incredible place! We spent 1 night in cabana Tierra which was beautiful, with 4 beds it was more than enough space and a brilliant view with outside space to admire it (hammocks and table/chairs). Our second night we spent in the deluxe tents which was fab. We had a duvet, pillows and mattress with a shelter over...
