I really liked staying at this place. The rooms are very basic but tidy and the beds are comfortable. The food is good and the restaurant area is very nice.
All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodate all your needs.

I've stayed in hotel in the middle of July. I can only recommend hotel: It's on very good location- a street from city center, nice comfortable rooms, nice patio in the middle and very very friendly owners with beautifull hearts.

Beautiful well price hotel owned by a beautiful man named Roberto. Rooftop patio with amazing views of the volcano. Classy sitting rooms right next to the magical plant filled courtyard. Clean airy rooms with powerful shower heads. What more do you need?

Hi Tom, I sent a note to the address I have in my e-mail, but since I've received no answer, perhaps I have a wrong address. Our Granddaughter has decided that most of the wedding party is going to a lake for the nights of the 19th & 20th. I'm wondering if it's possible to cancel those two nights with you. If so, what costs would be involved? Also, is it possible we could have a room away from street traffic? Thank you, Glenn Wristen Jan 13th to Jan 20th, 2015.
"2nd floor rooms may be quieter but whole hotel seemed quiet when we were there."
"If noise bothers you, ask for a room not facing the street. And, if nighttime lights bother you, ask for the room not facing the street light."
"We had a room next to the street and it was fine, not noisy."
"I personally like having a room with a window out to the streets rather than into the hallway. There are only a couple of options if that is your preference also so you may want to request it when you reserve."
"Room 207 is on the street, so you might hear some traffic early in the morning (6:30 am onwards)."
