An amazing place with very friendly and helpful staff. Serene common areas with the sound of water and an enviable view to the Volcano! Highly recommend an evening drink at the top terrace under the centenary tree and view to volcano

We had a great stay at El Convento Boutique Hotel! The hotel is a cool and calm respite after a hot day. It is in a great, central location, but still very quiet. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was especially helpful in setting up transportation and tour

I would like a monthly rate...Plan to enroll in Spanish language class
I would like a monthly rate (plan classes in Spanish idioma
My daughter took Spanish classes in Antigua and the school arranged a home stay which she very much enjoyed as it was full immersion. For this hotel, I guess you would just have to ask. They are small, and I think quite popular, so my guess is any reduction would be minimal.

Hello, how far is the hotel from the airport and do you offer transportation or shuttle service to and from the airport? How far is the hotel from the beach? Thanks much.
Good Morning! Nice to meet you =) The hotel is 30-40 minutes away from the city (without traffic) we don't offer shuttle service complimentary but we can sure find it for you! Hotel is about 2 hours from the beach. But, our Colonial City is one of the best attractions you must see in Guatemala. If you need to make a reservation, please send us your email address and phone number to contact you Regards

"Some rooms have stepping stones over water to get to room entrance. It might be difficult to roll a heavy bag."
"The room was nice and comfortable. Our one complaint is that we would have liked a comfortable chair to be able to sit in (which our room lacked but it appeared other rooms had present)."
"Los Capitains is a suite in the rear of the hotel on thei first floor. Nice small garden and jacuzzi."
"choose the ones which has the prettiest view to the volcanos."
"Avoid the little room at the street side (tiny window, small room, street noise)"
