- Not bad breakfast (a lot of options)
- helpful staff

We checked in at about 1am last month having arrived on the flight from Luton. No problem at all, there is a night receptionist who carried our cases up several flights of stairs. However, it's worth contacting the hotel to book a taxi from the airport - there are no buses at that time of night. It's a flat rate of 20 Euros but this is possibly the most you'll ever spend in one go in Macedonia!
