    The room was very spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast had many good options, yogurt cereal, pastries, fresh fruits and other hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly. Plus the kids loved the indoor pool!

    Clean, comfortable, well-maintained
    January is a dirty month in New England...kudos to hotels that maintain sand and mush free lobbies and this one does admirably. Room was spotless, bed pretty comfortable. Very quiet location with quick access to Newburyport. Many restaurants in the area.

    Satisfactory stay
    Hotel was conveniently located for our family activities during the weekend. It was close to eateries and the highway access. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet. Was disappointed that there were no chocolate chip cookies in the evening for which Hampton Inns are known.

    Is it possible for late check out (1pm) on 9/20/2018? Running the Smuttynose Half Marathon in Hampton Beach that day.
    I got late checkout (12 pm) last week. I’m fairly certain they won’t agree to it in advance, but seemed to be no problem on the day of. Overall, I found them to be accommodating. Best of luck!
