The walls in the bathroom are very stained and dirty: you can see toothpaste and other unknown splashes all over the bathroom. Same with the blackout blinds: unknown white stains on them. The room is very dark - there are 3 lamps with low wattage bulbs. It’s beyond ridiculous once the sun goes down or you close the blackout blinds. The Wi-Fi is terrible. Was so slow to be effectively unusable. You will have to tether to your cell phone to do anything. TV channels were plentiful and the AC made the room nice and toasty.
I asked for a transfer from the Calvert House Inn to the Maryland Inn. The staff (a lady) made this process easy, and not only that, she made sure I got the kind of room that I had in mind. 😄 Thanks!
Will was super Helpful, polite, and efficient. He made our experience with the historic inn’s extremely satisfying. Especially with the rainy weather we had that evening, the service was greatly appreciated. We Highly recommend the vallet service here!
I had an amazing staycation at this historic inn. Ken white and his team was amazing and beyond accommodating and professional. Housekeeping was courteous and the rooms smelled fresh and clean. I can’t wait to get away again, I definitely will be returning.
We came back to Maryland to visit my recently deceased fathers grave and purchase a headstone. At a very vulnerable time Ken White and his team were fantastic. Their service incredible, there was no request they could not handle. If you like great service and history this is the destination for you! Downtown Annapolis, State House, Governors Mansion and the Naval Academy. Everything is in walking distance. Go see Ken White and team!
Great rooms. It is quite clean and the receptionists were very friendly, assisted with my questions. It was pretty easy to find and get to. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably easy to sleep in. Cleanliness is good.
The room was well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Kevin at the front desk was super friendly and quickly helped us check in and sort out our reservations. I would recommend the historic inns for a comfortable, friendly place to stay right in the middle of downtown annapolis.
I had a great stay here, the rooms were lovely to stay in and the beds were comfy. The downtown location made it easy to sight see without dealing with the hassle of figuring out transportation. The front desk staff were helpful and polite and they stay was definitely worthwhile. I can’t wait to come back! :)
I have traveled all over the US for work and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff was awesome and very friendly. I even saw the manager parking cars! The rooms and hotel were super clean and well kept. I can't wait to go back!
The hotel was immaculate. Very rich in history, staff was very friendly and professional , loved the bar and amenities of this place, nice area as well for the family. Will indeed book again for my family!
