I have stayed at this SpringHill Suites a few years back and they continue to perform. Everything was clean - I appreciated that they had antibacterial machines by the elevator - that a maids note in the room confirmed that they had wiped down twelve areas of frequent contact. Also appreciated that they had the tea tree shampoo dispenser (along with conditioner and body wash dispensers) in the shower. Mindful way to address the wasted plastic mini bottles of shampoo. I did not have the comp breakfast in the morning but understand they have set it up to go. It was nice that the hot water dispenser was still hot mid-morning when I stopped by for tea, Small thoughtful things that make this hotel one of the best in the Annapolis area.

I needed to research a hotel on Southwest Airlines booking channel to receive bonus flight points. I chose Springhill Suites by Marriott Annapolis to stay while going downtown Annapolis on Dock Street and then shop at Annapolis Towne Centre. Annapolis is beautiful to drive through and being by the water on Solomans Island Road is a nice touch. The room in a suite setting was very nice to have the partial kitchen, couch, and beds. I like the space to be able to maneuver freely. The Marriott staff are professional and very nice to welcome me as a guest. I would like to recognize Zach as an awesome front desk worker. After researching a hotel in Annapolis, I would highly recommend the Springhill Suites by Marriott Annapolis. I will definitely come back to this property again as I would like to visit Annapolis again.

Our concern was staying in a hotel during the pandemic. The manager, Emily McCauley was very nice, and expressed how safety was their priority. She had breakfast in plastic containers every morning and evening. We felt extremely safe in a very comfortable spotless room. Thank you Emily! New granddaughter doing great too born in hospital 1 mile away!

We just stayed here for 4 nights and it was ok, at best. It’s a very dated hotel with an obnoxious odor in the room and the television is extremely small and no toiletries, unless we asked for them and towels daily. We have stayed at other Springhill Suites and they have always had warm cookies waiting in the lobby in the evenings and this one doesn’t. The grass is in dire need of cutting, the trash cans are overflowing both inside and out and the breakfast was out of almost every single thing when we went there only 2 mornings of our 4 that we stayed there. It is located close to the freeway, but it isn’t close or within walking distance to anything other than other hotels. The staff is incredibly nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to all of the above reasons.

The rooms were a little outdated and I was mostly satisfied with my stay, the one thing that stood out the most was, overhearing the manager (I believe the business card at the front desk said her name is Emily Mcauley ) yelling at an employee while I was making my way over to breakfast. I find it very appalling that this is how a GM would conduct themselves and then have the audacity to do so in front of guests. An associate greeted me nicely in the hallways and you would think that would have prompted Emily to stop yelling and maybe even conduct business in a private setting but it continued on.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple days and really wanted to like it but ended up regretting it. Room was ok but the hole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. I mean it really stunk even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking place. My kids wanted to go swimming but it smelled like a drug den by the pool and I didnt want my kids to be around that so we never did. Mark and Pat at the reception counter were great, but it wasnt enough to make up for being a gross place. Felt like a dirty old motel. They had alot of hand sanitizer machines on the walls but most of them are broken. Breakfast in a bag was also kind of lame more like a snack so we just ate out. I thought marriott were supposed to be a nice place but guess this one is a bad apple.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the hotel room and that Patrick and Marc were accommodating. Our breakfast was changed, as we are not able to serve a buffet style due to the pandemic. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. The hotel has a No Smoking Policy. We are strict about enforcing these rules, however some people ruin it for others. We sorry to find out that this made for a disruptive stay. Lots of families visit with us due to the spacious suites we offer, please come back and visit again soon.

Upon check in my husband was told that our room was "upgraded" to a jacuzzi suite. My husband declined the so called upgrade but was told that was the only room available. We had reserved a regular king suite and would have much preferred that. The jacuzzi was gross and took up way too much space. There's only one small tv, very far from the bed. The carpet was disgusting, towels were dirty, and fixtures were broken. At breakfast the 2 women working there picked the busiest time to restock things, very slowly and carefully. It clogged the small room. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone above us, as well as in the parking lot. I would never stay here again.

I send groups here every year, and we have always had a very positive experience. Emily M in sales is always great- super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Myself, my husband, and 4 year old daughter stayed here as part of a wedding. We were well past the time limit for the wedding block reduced prices, but I called and cheerful and helpful staff were still able to accommodate me, which shocked me. Upon arrival, every person I encountered was pleasant, cheerful, helpful. I was overwhelmed with the feeling that everyone who was working genuinely wanted to be there. Several of the guys working banded together to help me fix my daughter's toy, got me a screwdriver and gave me new batteries at no charge. Everything was clean and welcoming, while still maintaining social distancing. I would not hesitate, in fact would look forward to staying there again next time we're in town. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel is convenient to downtown Annapolis but not in the midst of congestion. The hotel is dated and could use an update.
Our king room was spacious with a sleeping area and separate sitting area with a mini fridge, microwave and sink. The bed was relatively comfortable and there were blackout shades on the windows.
The complimentary breakfast was depleted in the last 30 minutes of service. We went earlier the second day and it was a bit better.

Nothing very close (walking distance), but lots at a shopping center just north of there. We love to eat at the Panera Bread. A couple 0.4 miles away and it is a pretty safe area to walk around.

No, there are no doors. We had a room with 2 double beds and the living kitchen area. However, there was a wall between the bedroom area and the desk / couch area, so there is some privacy between the 2 areas. . I think that unless you are watching TV (TV is visible from both the bedroom and the sitting room), you could tuck the baby into a nook.
There are more places to choose from in the Annapolis area.
